This process will require the TEMPORARY closure of the Pool/Jacuzzi deck (fenced areas) starting on Sunday, November 9th, 2025 @ 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, we will re-open on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 @ 7:00 a.m. (weather permitting) The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 28th Floor.
