I have a couple issues, laying in the bed now I hear two of them. The AC unit is on the right side and the refrigerator on the left. They are competing for who is louder. To be fair the AC I figured out how to turn it down to a lower level and it isn't bad. But the fridge is loud and the compressor runs for about 15 minutes. The other small problem is the TV remote is not working. I gave up and tried the Roku remote, it turns the TV on and can use it to navigate the TV, but I cannot control the volume. So when my two friends kick in I cannot hear the TV. Now that said I gave everything 5 Stars above except overall rating. The property is in a prime location. Check in was easy and pleasant. Bed is very comfortable and linens are very nice. Clean. Everything outside of my listed complaints couldn't be much better. If you are interested there is a LGBTQ friendly bar on the second floor. I cannot tell you much about it other than it exists. Sounded kind of fun from the front of the hotel but I didn't go. The room is on the back facing side of the hotel so it is quiet, the views are nothing special because of it. Dealing with the front desk and Mark has been a pleasure. Mahalo ##### James W. This was a small apartment 8th floor experience in a perfect location. The lanai was a delight in the morning! It's so close to ABC stores for all essentials snd our new favorite place for all meals and drinks, whete we loved watching the sunsets!
