BUILDING AMENITIES There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The mini split ac cranks which is nice because a lot of these units just have a window ac that don’t work as good and you have to drain the pan.We used the harbor parking lot behind the building to park at 1 dollar an hour instead of the 45 dollar a day valet. Had no issues finding spots but it is a bit more of a walk.View is pretty good but not the best view for Friday fireworks.
