wonderful hotel, all the staff take great care of the customers. I highly recommend this restaurant. The only one that offers a real full, varied breakfast every day. Clean room and very nice layout, as well as comfort. a big plus for the toto toilet. the only problem is that it would take an elevator for the employees because just two elevators are definitely not enough. otherwise, a rating of 9.5 out of 10. excellent location and affordable price.

L'hôtel est a 3 minutes de marche de la plage tres bien placé. L'hôtel est propet le personnel tres amical. Le seul problème que jai eu et wui est inacceptable est que il y avait une grosse tache de sang sèche sur le matelas de notre chambre. Ils nous on changé de chambre et on annulé les frais de sejour de $25 U.S par jour soit $50. La propreté dans les hôtels est primordiale si il veulent garder leur client.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet établissement qui presente quelques bons atouts: grande chambre, hotel propre, personnel courtois, et bon emplacement, a 2 blocks de la fameuse avenue Kalakaua quartier Waikiki. Cependant cet hotel n'est pas au niveau des standards HYATT. En effet, piscine bien trop petite, surtout par rapport au nombre de chambres, petit déjeuner bien trop médiocre ( scamble eggs abominables, yaourts de mauvaixe qualité, 1 malheureuse pomme et jus pas bon), 2 ascenseurs generant une attente beaucoup trop longue.Rapport qualité prix au final tres mauvais. Cest le pire Hyatt dans lequel jai séjourné, included Hyatt place.Je ne recommande vraiment pas. Il faut vraiment que cet hotel revoit son offre de services.

Loved our rooms, spacious and very clean! Loved our cleaning staff! Two lights blinked continuously but I guess I was too lazy to call! Elevators sooo slow but just get used to it! Loved the breakfast everyday, what a way to start the day, Hawaiian coffee! Microwave a real issue! Food trucks great, loved Dominos in The building! Great place !

Excellent hotel for our 6 night stay May 2024. Close to hop on/hop off trolleys, Waikiki beach, shops and restaurants. Very satisfied with room(ocean view on top floor) and fantastic daily varied breakfast buffet. Would stay there again.

The hotel was nice. We got the partial ocean view. Partial ocean view meaning that a building is in front of the hotel blocking the full ocean view. Staff was very friendly and nice. They have have towels and chairs you can use when going to the beach.

The room was to small compare to what it showed when I made the reservation. It said Mountain View didn’t have Mountain View at all, all I saw from our balcony was more buildings and street. When you make the reservation it doesn’t say that the hotel doesn’t have parking. Had to pay for parking at another location in order to park my rented car safely. That definitely was a downer. I will say it’s close to the beach and stores though.

I was charged a destination fee which is ok but when the swimming pool and other amenities are not available ( for half of my stay) I don't think there should be a charge or at least give me a refund amount of some kind. This ruined part of my vacation plans since I had plans to swim every day. Too many birds around the dinning area made it miserable. I like the location and convenience of the property location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
