It is an OK place if you are a 20 year old boy on spring break. It was not good for me and my husband. The building has dirty stained carpets which continued on into the condo. It was very disappointing. We did not want to spend one minute in the place and asked if we could leave and get our money back. I did not hear from them until the next morning when they did offer a refund if we left. My husband said he was too tired to move our luggage so we stayed. We will never again trust vbros and just opt to stay in hotels..you never know what you are getting. The management company was always responsive, so that was nice. It was walkable to the main strip. The location is close to the beach, but far enough off the main strip ( 2 Blks) so you dont have to deal with the noise. Ease of onsite parking was a big plus. Close to all of the local attractions. Rental had no tissues, come on no tissue, really. The kitchen had no can opener pretty difficult to open a can without one really no opener.
