This unit features ac, smart tv, Wi-Fi and cable a short walk from Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Wai Canal and more. The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center. This spacious studio offers city views and sleeps 2\. This unit is located on the 8th floor. Elevators are available. KITCHEN/DINING This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware. Apr 8, 2024 #### Unhappy Customer. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vertical blinds on the window didn’t work. So is impossible to sleep with all the lights coming into the room. I reported , but no one did anything. The fridge was leaking water from the left corner, so I have to place towels to keep the mess to a minimum. The cleaning lady’s did not have enough time to clean the room , so the floors were not mopped there was a man underwear’s behind the tv stand. No one came to clean the room between my stay. The kitchen did not have light, so is hard to see when one is trying to cook a meal. Only one key was given to us. So it was difficult to stay in the room if the other person wanted to go out the other person did not have the key for the elevator or for the hot tub room. ##### Maria Q.
