I would recommend a paddle board for that. There are easy rental all around the area. Tons of restaurants and convenience stores within a 5 minute walk. We rented a van and explored the island - however, that is totally not necessary as this location and the beach is just as good as anything we saw. Great for kids! We took all 3 and they loved it. Otherwise the views were spectacular and the full sized fridge was just what we needed! The condo was spotless on check in and the hospitality of everyone was unbeatable.
