This modern studio suite comfortably accommodates four adults and is located in Waikiki near the Marina and the Hilton Lagoon. Everything is within easy walking distance! This unit comfortably accommodates four persons with all new furnishings. Two queen beds, cable TV, FREE WIFI, air conditioner, private balcony, kitchenette area with microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, Plus Full bathroom with hair dryer, there's also an iron and board in the suite. All linens with bath and beach towels are included as well as bath amenities. Please Note: My place is Strictly Non Smoking (including E'Cigs.) This property is elevator accessible( 3 elevators) and all guests have access to the on site parking lot for $35/night (check with front desk for availability), pool and laundromat. Also available on site is IHOP (International House of Pancakes) Great for Breakfast, lunch or dinner! - Yummy! Bathroom was clean, though room itself can use some deep cleaning & new carpet. Hotel garage parking is $31 not $25 as stated on amenities description. A hot water boiler would be nice to have. Previous guests probably misused coffee maker by putting grinds in machine without any filters. I still couldn’t get clean hot water from the machine after staying for a week. Very responsive host. He replied my email within an hour. Be prepared to empty own trash. Hotel staff is very direct that any requests or questions will have to contact host. ##### Selina T. The owner did not provide any information regarding how to check in, how to get clean linens, anything about the room, properly, or neighborhood. I was a huge disappointment as the property was described as a suite/apartment with a kitchenette which is why I chose it, having an area to cook in would have greatly helped with costs. As this was an owner owned room, the front desk would refer us to the owner. We (a family of 4) stayed a week and the room was not cleaned or linens replenish during that entire time. The beach was in walking distance but there was no view from the room. Bedding is not clean. The bathroom is so tiny, when you open the door, its nearly touching the toilet. Water pressure for the sink and shower is not good. BTW they only provide clean towels and toilet paper ONE TIME, at the time of check in, during your stay. Dont expect clean towels every couple of days, especially if youre staying 7 days. The whole floor for the room was at a slope. Stained and dirty carpet. Roach traps in the closet. Closet does not come equipped with hangers. I mean why have a closet if you wont provide hangers? Only ONE trash can for the whole entire room, including the bathroom. Really the only storage for your clothes is the 1 drawer they provide. I checked the bed for bed bugs and didnt see any, but I still woke up with bites all over my body. The elevators are EXTREMELY SLOW. Expect a 5+ minute wait. Also parking is $30/day. And the parking garage is SOOOO tight, like you might scrape the sides of your rental care tight. And theres really only 1 floor for hotel parking. The rest is reserved (which we arent allowed to park in) Honestly, spend the extra couple hundred dollars for a better place to stay. I know its just a place to shower and sleep, but you can do sooo much better.. Other than that, its in a good location. Walking distance to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and their beach front. ABC stores located near by. A few restaurants. A lot of stuff nearby. ##### Jennifer G.
