Overall, good experience, the only issue is the AC, it’s not sufficient enough, or the ventilation is a little bit off, but it keeps the moisture and moldy vibe in the room. The location is pretty good. But the service wasn't the best. One night after I got sick, my partner went to the counter at around 3 o'clock at night to ask for some drinking water and they send him to the 7-eleven. I get that it's usually just for new guests, but I really think it would have been normal service to make an exception in such a case. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night after 3am, and the room temperature was at 16 celcius. The AC was broken that I couldn’t raise temperature but to turn it off. There’s no phone in the room, so I had to call with my own cellphone at international rate to find out there’s no room service at this hotel at all. The guy asked the security to send me some towels and blanket (which the security guy couldn’t find any)…oh if you think you are getting more premium rooms, they are all located at the lower floors and you can absolutely hear everything happening on the street.
