je pense qu'on peut trouver mieux ailleurs

déco "design" , mais l'hotel présente des inconvenients : la salle du petit dej est totalement sous dimensionnée : 12 chaises pour un hotel de plus de 25 étages , c'est une blague. le petit dej est lui meme succint. la clim dans la chambre (901) est bruyante, tres bruyante : vous passez la nuit a l'éteindre pour vous endormir , puis vous vous reveillez pour la remettre en route pour vous raffraichir .... service a l'accueil convivial, un smartphone preté pendant le sejour, avec appel gratuit vers la france

Hotel reposant dans quartier très animé

Très bon hôtel avec petit déjeuner gratuit de même que toutes sortes de boissons disponible dans le lobby 24H sur 24H. Personnel compétent, agréable, souriant. Athmosphère cozzy dans un décor de Starck. Proche du métro (300 mètres); 200 mètres des bus et des tramways. Quartier très animé.

I could have stayed at the Ritz for the price

When I booked our room, it did not have any option for extra people so I booked for 2. From the photos there was plenty of room/ couches for my 2 kids. For USD250 per night, it’s a good deal. When we arrived for check in, I was told bluntly that we will be charged an extra USD700 so my kids will have blankets and pillows for themselves that they will set up on one of the couches and on a roll away bed. When I asked for a discount and mentioned maybe my young daughter can stay with us on the same bed, the receptionist named Wilson sarcastically said “Actually I can charge higher. But this is already the price I’m giving you.” - no smile nor any appeasing attitude. So we reluctantly just paid. The lobby looked really chic and smelled nice as expected in boutique hotels. The continental breakfast area was so cramped up and the food was really limited to bread, 1 kind of ham, cheese squares in plastic straight from the packaging. The room was great - kitchenette, dining, living and a separate masters. The bathroom was nice although the shower door should have been set for pushing not pulling as it always was a challenge not hitting the toilet seat. Towels were fluffy and nice. The pillows were flat, fluffy but flat. I aready asked for extra pillows but they all flattened down and caused aches in the morning. The cabinet needs to be updated. Hard to open and close. Both airconditioning units were noisy at night.

Hotellet bærer præg af meget slitage, jo det har nok været pænt en gang, men ikke længere. Hotellet placering er ideel med hensyn til brug af offentlig transport og indkøb. Morgenmads buffet er nok det dårligste vi nogensinde har oplevet, ristet brød og hårdkogt æg, ost i plistik,det samme hele ugen. Desuden var der kun siddepladser til 8 personer på et 23 etager hotel med 3 lejligheder på hver etage, det gav selvsagt lidt problemer med pladser, ikke at det tog så lang tid at "nyde" morgenmaden. Kage til eftermiddagskaffen, skulle der kigges lang efter hyggen med den noget tørre kage, for øvrigt den samme hele ugen vi var der. Der var mangel på et område at sidde i og nyde det gode vejr, uagtet at der var et altanområde nogle etager oppe, var dette ikke åbent for os. Den vinbuffet der var om aftenen bestod af en halv flaske frikadellerødvin og en nogenlunde afkølet Chardonnay hvidvin. Så var du en af de første kunne du få lidt. Så generelt set ikke et hotel vi vil tilbage til og overhovedet ej heller kan anbefale. Forstår ikke det kan have 4 stjerner, det var virkeligt ringe.

Great for a long weekend

Good location for shopping, night life and major Hong Kong attractions given close proximity to subway system. Hotel itself is a funky retreat and the room was functional and comfortable. Everything we needed for our weekend stay. Included buffet breakfast (continental) was a nice start to each day and they provide a nightly happy hour with wine (which we didn't use as neither of us drink wine) One final but really nice perk was the provision of a local cell phone eliminating the need for us to get a local SIM card. They even allowed free long distance calls back to the States.

V convenient location. Excellent staff

V convenient location for a tourist, minutes away from mtr and tram. Friendly staff. Good attention to detail in the breakfast setting, though a bit too cramped for space. Building is aged with minimum renovation expenses. Room size of over 300 sq ft is large by HK standard.

Not as the photos

The peoperty looks old. Our room was very humid and the bed was extremely uncomfortable . We felt disappointed about the photos and reality . The breakfast simple , and sometime crowded were you even can find a seat . If you are looking a design hotel as we were expecting pay a little more and stay in a better place

Para mim o pior de tudo, foi ter a descrição que existe um bar! Mas não existe, eles somente servem vinho no saguão de entrada. O café da manhã também é no saguão de entrada perto da porta, as pessoas entram e saem do hotel trazendo a poeira para dentro do café da manhã. O que mais gostei foi a decoração, aliás foi isso que me atraiu para hotel.

Dislikes Curtains, aircon and blinds have to be renewed. Hot water should not take that long to come out from the tap. Breakfast variety should change frequently Likes Decor Housekeeping did a great job every time. Nice phone to use during the stay Location Rotating tv console I feel that this hotel is more suited for business trips and no frills trip. Go out whole day, only come back to sleep.

Excellent location and friendly staffs.

Location: Hotel is well located within short walking distance to everywhere such as eateries, MTR station, time square and even a wet market. Staffs: Friendly and helpful. Room: Self sustained that comes with all essential items. Room has to be spacious enough to accommodate a mini kitchen with basin which it is not a norm for hotel rooms in HKG. A handy phone that allows hotspot for our personal devices, it may be a little troublesome to carry 2 hand phones out, but that handy phone provided by hotel is good to stay connected with families and friends back home without having to purchase additional SIM card or rent a portable wifi set. In general, there is nothing bad about this hotel. Give it a try and you will know!

Terrible Experience for a holiday

I travelled with my friend and they only had double bed even though I booked the Suite. Then charged me $110 per night for a roll away bed, which the mattress had stains all over. Seriously a disappointment after spending that kind of money I could of stayed at a much better hotel. Not to mention fully paying in advance for the hotel and then they blocked $1000 on my card for incidentals, which stays on my card for one week. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Really well decorated hotel and rooms

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at J Plus by Yoo. We were here for a staycation / celebration. We got a free upgrade to their Suite Plus and the apartment was jaw-droppingly beautiful - such a well designed hotel with a great vibe. We spent the afternoon enjoying their wine happy hour and felt like we weren't in the middle of crazy busy Causeway Bay. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
