Hôtel excellent en couple
Chambre très agréable. J’ai réservé une chambre Deluxe avec vue sur le port. La vue est agréable avec la baie vitrée de la chambre. L’hôtel est assez bien placé, à proximité d’une station de métro et toutes commodités. L’hôtel propose divers service de décoration en chambre à l’arrivé. J’ai fait ma demande de mariage et tout s’est bien déroulé grâce aux services de l’hôtel.

Excellent stay from the moment we walked in and was greeted and shown the way to the lobby. All employees were very helpful and was quick and easy to get our room keys. They have two towers which they do mention when getting the card keys to which direction to go. Beds are super comfortable, views great and very clean rooms. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong

The Hyatt Centric was a retreat from fast paced kinetic energy of Hong Kong. The rooms were clean and comfortable and and the location to access rapid transit is fantastic. The check in and out was efficent and courteous. We also really enjoyed the fitness center which had modern and well cared for equipment with a view of the city. Wow!

A little confused with entrance to hotel and getting to the right tower as hotel is divided into East and West tower . However there was always staffs available to answer questions . Check in process was a bit slow . About 25 mins . Otherwise , I am quite happy with the hotel.

I think we’ve found our new favorite spot to stay when visiting HK. Several modes of transportation within a stone’s throw, so many places to eat and explore nearby, and staff is attentive and so quick to resolve anything. Hope we will be staying here again soon.
