"Hotellet" ligger i en stor bygning, hvor der er flere hoteller, der benytter samme reception (på 3. sal). Check-in var nemt, og herefter blev vi ledt til 10. sal, hvor vores værelse lå. Elevatoren er ikke så god. This hotel spans across two buildings, Patterson Building A and C. They are about 25 meters apart. If you are in building C there is no way to communicate with the reception in building A other than walking there physically. Day 1 of check in, the receptionist walked me to my building and forgot my towel. She said she'll get it and never came back. The staff doesn't speak much english, the reception area has no aircon. Short walk from Causeway Bay MTR station, 24 hour market across the street, but according to a document in the lobby, the hotel is being run illegally and there's a chance you could be denied entry. Bathroom window opened into an area that smelled like urine and burnt hair.
