La Roseraie is on the north-facing first floor and on the south-facing ground floor of a shipowner's house. Thanks to this orientation, you will be able to enjoy a 200 sq.m south-facing garden in a very peaceful setting. The apartment consists of a large living area which includes a kitchen and a dining room; it is separated from the living room by a glass wall. The living room opens onto the garden. There is a double bedroom with private bathroom. It was especially nice to have the garden at the back and it was really quiet and private, despite being so close to the centre of town. The bed was comfy, the shower was good, Claire was lovely and everything was great! The parking was only 5 mins away and consisted of an individual lock-up garage (payable separately). The access to the apartment is difficult with large suitcases. Fortunately there was a young man there at the time to help us. The apartment is not well decorated( looks like flea market pieces). Nous n’avons sorti notre voiture du box (option) que pour sortir de la ville. Charme discret de cet intérieur élégant dans lequel l’armateur (?) a vécu. Ce n’est pas simplement un dortoir où l’on rentre de mettre au chaud après une belle journée de visite, c’est un lieu où l’on se retrouve confortable comme à la maison. En plus très bon accueil de Claire, ce qui ne gâche rien. Logement bien équipé auquel un détail nous a toutefois manqué, le grille pain pour le matin. Het appartement is heel mooi met veel authentieke details. Het ligt centraal, maar daar merk je binnen en in de tuin niets van gelukkig. De tuin is heerlijk, op het zuiden en heel rustig.
