« A great little studio apartment with a million dollar view from the backyard lanai. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and stocked with all the amenities you could ask for, including the beach chairs and umbrella that we made considerable use of. « My wife and I decided to stay over on the Big Island in Kailua Kona for a couple of days prior to meeting up with our "kids" and grandkids in Maui for a week-long stay there. We were looking for something that was simple, affordable, clean, had free parking and close to the waterfront and restaurants. We found all and more at this cozy studio! « This lovely condo is even better than the pictures. The set up is spacious, with a view of the inner courtyard pool. It's in a great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. David had excellent communication. I would love to stay here again if I get to come back to the Big Island. »

"Very nice place. All new, clean and the room was SO spacious. The pool is amazing for the kids especially. The pool restaurant was perfect but Piko for dinner was more average. The emplacement of the resort is a bit far from the action (Kona town) so you really need a car. Having said that, our 4 nights was perfect and I would got back. "
