There was also a boat ramp located near the dock which was very convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and very nice. We had plenty of parking on the property. Our son got married so we needed a large home for our big family. Beautiful home, perfect size for us. Only recommendations are possibly update dishware there were slot of mismatched plates and glassware which seemed a bit odd. Whomever is paid to clean definitely missed a few things. Reached out to the property owner a couple times and they were very responsive very quickly. We had no issues. We did have two boats, but you can’t cannot rent a second slip something to keep in mind.
