Pinebranch Pt. Homosassa. HIGHLIGHTS-->>> \-King bed in master has an amazing water view with en-suite bathroom and large closet. The master shower has dual controls -including a rain head shower head. \-Second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV \-Guest bathroom with shower \- Front room sleeping area with a queen bed and two twin beds. \-Laundry room with new washer and dryer \-Saltwater Pool(can be heated -With views for days you will never want to leave. \-Propane Grill \-The large dock is perfect for fishing and keeping your boats secure. \-Fish Cleaning screened in room with Commercial Ice Maker and Life Jackets In the middle of the house is the open concept living room, kitchen and two dining areas. You can have family dinners in the dining room that seats 8\. The breakfast nook has a table that seats 4 plus 2 seats at the bar and another 2 at the island. The house has updated with granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and new appliances with a large commercial ice maker at the dock. The laundry room is located near the kitchen and guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, silverware, spices, cups, plates, crockpot, utensils and more. There is a large pantry located in the kitchen as well. The living room features a leather couch, sofa and two comfy chairs plus a Tv and overlooks the pool and water. Step outside into the outdoor living area where you will find the outdoor kitchen with a sink which overlooks the pool and water. There is a Tv at the pool, a dining table that seats 6 plus 3 seats at the bar. We have two big chairs you can lounge in the water the sunset or hang by the pool. There are pool towels provided for you. The pool can be heated for an extra charge of $200 per stay- more if it’s a long term stay. We need to know before your stay if you want it heated bc it takes awhile to get it warm- it will warm to about 85 degrees. Take a walk outside the pool area and you will find a propane BBQ and fire pit. Enjoy the nights with a fire along the waters edge. We have a fishing cabin near the dock with a full bed and twin bed plus a TV. There is also a sink in the cabin. Teenagers will love this space! Located next to the fishing cabin is a screened in fish cleaning station with water and a commercial ice machine for you to fill your coolers for those scalloping and fishing trips! Head right out onto the Mason Creek to the fishing and scalloping grounds. We have 4 kayaks for you to enjoy the peaceful river life. You will see manatees, otters, fish, dolphins and much more. The house is located one street over from the Mason Creek public boat ramp. Just minutes from the waterfront restaurants: Florida Cracker Monkey Bar, The Shed, The Freezer, Crumps, and Margarita Grill just to name a few. The house features: free fast spectrum internet, Tvs, linens, towels, mini bathroom soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, commercial trash bags for scallop shells(Do not throw them into the river), new sponge, dishwasher soap plus a coffee station with a 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig style coffee maker. There is coffee, pods, creamer, filters and sugar provided to get your started. Long Term Winter Rentals available - inquire for pricing. You can ride your bikes or use your golf carts to explore the neighborhood! This is a golf cart friendly area! RENTAL RULES-These will be emailed to you to read over, sign and email back. PETS are permitted with a $150 pet fee and only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. No Cats. Parking: PARKING – Parking is limited to \_\_4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Trailer Parking: You may park your trailer in the front yard on the rock driveway. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. Great boat access on Mason Creek and a canal with a second access. We loved the fish house for cleaning and prepping for fishing. The ice machine came in very handy. The house was even nicer than the pictures looked. The house had everything we needed to make our stay the best. The view of the preserve from the pool and rooms was beautiful and so peaceful! We had (10) people staying at this house and everyone was very comfortable. We loved the pool and being able to fish from the dock. Location is close to everything. Very comfy place, the kids lived the fishing shack room so much... They called it their Lazy Lodge hehe... The river view was awesome and the house had everything we needed. The pool was an added bonus. The house has been completely renovated and no expense was spared. It was a home away from home. Dont let the front yard and entryway fool ya. A little odd there but once inside its great. Fished off of the dock with frozen shrimp and catch fish all day, mostley catfish, but a few others as well. Spacious kitchen, family room and outdoor space. Well stocked kitchen, but could use a new can opener. Bed sheets were cheap; towels were great. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed for cooking including spices. Main living space is very roomy and perfect for being a main hang out area. The views of the water were amazing and everyone enjoyed kayaking and fishing! House was comfortable for everyone. Had the pool heated and it was 100% worth it! It’s newly renovated, the master shower is divine, and the kitchen is so spacious! We had 5 little girls with us, and they lived in the pool, and we could enjoy the outside bug free thanks to the screened in pool/patio. It feels like you are in the river because it is so close to the water, just beautiful views all around. Ice machine on property is very convenient for our boating activities. It was the perfect location to explore the areas rivers and springs from Crystal River down to Chassahowitzka. Fell in love with the area, and the house was the icing on the cake. We've stayed at several Vrbo rentals and this is the best, by far. Pictures don't do it justice. Location is close enough to town for convenience, but very quiet and peaceful. A lot of necessities were supplied (normally you get one garbage bag and one dishwasher tablet and you supply everything else), somthat was a nice surprise. Walking distance from the boat ramp, we easily docked 3 boats and 2 jet skis. Beautiful clean house, kitchen packed full with everything you could need. Beautiful clean pool. We fished from the dock, we caught lots of blue crab from the dock with chicken wings. Fun Family competition. Watched the Little League World series from the pool! Brought golf carts and went into town for dinner. Beautiful sunset views from every angle! My husband is already planning for next year and once the weather cools down and the red fish bite is back so will be! The owner is so nice and responds right away!
