Pinebranch Pt. Homosassa. HIGHLIGHTS-->>> \-King bed in master has an amazing water view with en-suite bathroom and large closet. The master shower has dual controls -including a rain head shower head. \-Second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV \-Guest bathroom with shower \- Front room sleeping area with a queen bed and two twin beds. \-Laundry room with new washer and dryer \-Saltwater Pool(can be heated -With views for days you will never want to leave. \-Propane Grill \-The large dock is perfect for fishing and keeping your boats secure. \-Fish Cleaning screened in room with Commercial Ice Maker and Life Jackets In the middle of the house is the open concept living room, kitchen and two dining areas. You can have family dinners in the dining room that seats 8\. The breakfast nook has a table that seats 4 plus 2 seats at the bar and another 2 at the island. The house has updated with granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry and new appliances with a large commercial ice maker at the dock. The laundry room is located near the kitchen and guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, silverware, spices, cups, plates, crockpot, utensils and more. There is a large pantry located in the kitchen as well. The living room features a leather couch, sofa and two comfy chairs plus a Tv and overlooks the pool and water. Step outside into the outdoor living area where you will find the outdoor kitchen with a sink which overlooks the pool and water. There is a Tv at the pool, a dining table that seats 6 plus 3 seats at the bar. We have two big chairs you can lounge in the water the sunset or hang by the pool. There are pool towels provided for you. The pool can be heated for an extra charge of $200 per stay- more if it’s a long term stay. We need to know before your stay if you want it heated bc it takes awhile to get it warm- it will warm to about 85 degrees. Take a walk outside the pool area and you will find a propane BBQ and fire pit. Enjoy the nights with a fire along the waters edge. We have a fishing cabin near the dock with a full bed and twin bed plus a TV. There is also a sink in the cabin. Teenagers will love this space! Located next to the fishing cabin is a screened in fish cleaning station with water and a commercial ice machine for you to fill your coolers for those scalloping and fishing trips! Head right out onto the Mason Creek to the fishing and scalloping grounds. We have 4 kayaks for you to enjoy the peaceful river life. You will see manatees, otters, fish, dolphins and much more. The house is located one street over from the Mason Creek public boat ramp. Just minutes from the waterfront restaurants: Florida Cracker Monkey Bar, The Shed, The Freezer, Crumps, and Margarita Grill just to name a few. The house features: free fast spectrum internet, Tvs, linens, towels, mini bathroom soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, commercial trash bags for scallop shells(Do not throw them into the river), new sponge, dishwasher soap plus a coffee station with a 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig style coffee maker. There is coffee, pods, creamer, filters and sugar provided to get your started. Long Term Winter Rentals available - inquire for pricing. You can ride your bikes or use your golf carts to explore the neighborhood! This is a golf cart friendly area! RENTAL RULES-These will be emailed to you to read over, sign and email back. PETS are permitted with a $150 pet fee and only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. No Cats. Parking: PARKING – Parking is limited to \_\_4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Trailer Parking: You may park your trailer in the front yard on the rock driveway. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Kayak and Paddle Board usage waiver- I fully understand and acknowledge that: (a) outdoor recreational activities have inherent risks, dangers, and hazards and such exist in my use of paddle sport equipment and my participation in paddle sport activities. Awesome weekend!! The only negative which has nothing to do with the house, they gave us a phone number to call for fire wood. 25.00 for a wheelbarrow full, we ordered two, they brought it and gave us a bill for 75.00\. 25.00 delivery fee……. And it wasn’t even that much wood. Saturday night we went down to the Publix and bought 3 bags of firewood for 8.00 per bag and got the same amount. ##### Bennon B. Great kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals. Great outdoor space including Lanai covered pool and outdoor seating with large TV and Bar area. Great views of the channel outside from the dock for sunset cocktails. Very quiet and easy to get to. Great spot for commuting for golf at Cabot Citrus or looking for a spot to launch a boat and fish. We would have liked to have rented a pontoon boat but we were concerned about getting it in and our of Mason Creek. All of the houses that Dani manages are clean, organized and well stocked with everything you need. This house was especially enjoyable with having the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much! We had a group of family members who grew up vacationing in the Homosassa area and they loved getting to visit the area again. My family usually takes a 3-day weekend every summer together. We were blown away by the home, the property, the dock - EVERYTHING. Great boat access on Mason Creek and a canal with a second access. We loved the fish house for cleaning and prepping for fishing. The ice machine came in very handy. The whole house was laid out perfect for our group of eight. Plenty of room. Next year, we hope to come back again. Great host, amazing house, and beautiful views and sunsets. ##### Jimmy T.
