From the moment you arrive, you'll feel the relaxed, nostalgic vibe—offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, yet only minutes from local shops, restaurants, and attractions. This cozy cottage home features a bright and airy sunroom with expansive windows that invite natural light and offer tranquil views of the water—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening unwinding. The tropical landscaping in the front yard and spacious backyard adds to the home's vibrant Florida character, creating a lush and welcoming outdoor oasis. Inside, the home has been thoughtfully renovated with fresh updates throughout, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and stylish stay. The outdoor space includes a covered seating area and picnic table ideal for alfresco dining and a smokeless fire ring for a relaxing evening, Plus a floating dock where you can fish or launch your own kayak, paddleboard (two onsite), or bring your own boat or rent one from the local marina (Riverhaven marina). You can paddle directly to the main springs from the house in about 10 minutes or just a few minutes with a motorboat. Bring your fishing poles (one on site) and fish of the seawall and dock. Located in a quiet neighborhood of waterfront homes, this property offers a serene setting to enjoy nature—from birds' overhead to fish swimming below. Bring a boat, kayak or paddle board (two onsite to use at your own risk) and tie up at the floating dock during your stay ( trailer parking is available on the side of the property along fence line) You're just minutes from Crump’s Landing & Marguerita grill restaurant which is a short drive or boat ride down the river, Homosassa State Park, and the charming restaurants of Old Homosassa. Conventionally located down the street from Publix grocery store and the great ice cream stand Twistee Treat. The nearby Homosassa Marina offers pontoon rentals, and Downtown Crystal River is a short drive away for kayaking in crystal river (rentals available) adventures or a leisurely stroll through local shops. Boat access: There is no boat ramp on site would need to put in at local marina. No Pet Policy: Property has a strict No Pet policy due to owners' severe allergies, if a pet is found at property their will be additional cleaning fees starting at a minimum $450 per night. We spent four days paddle boarding to the spring, manatee watching and fishing, and one day at Pine Island Beach. The four seasons room was a nice hangout to still feel like we were outside when it was cold a couple days. The home was very clean and seemed very recently renovated. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything you would need to cook any meal with the only pan missing being a flat sheet pan. There were plenty of blankets, towels ect when we curled up on the couch and played the many games and watch movies. A fire pit would have been nice for those cooler days but there was a fire ban anyways so likely couldnt use it. Marguerita Grill was fun and close and also recommended the Freezer. The restaurant by Monkey Island had a great view. Would highly recommend this home to anyone. ##### Monica C.
