The coffee machine doesn't really work. The ac struggles to stay cold even when it's set on 70 degrees during the day, it gets up to 78 in the place. Also think it should have more ice trays if the ice machine is not going to be working. I also recommend that the owner takes a look at the flooring. Because there is lots of seams in the flooring coming up. And if you catch your feet on it barefoot it hurts quite a bit. The location is great in the overall design and layout of the place is very good. It just needs some Fine-tuning. Also, please make sure to tell the cleaning ladies to go into the shower and clean around the edge of window sill. It was dirty with looks like some kind of bugs and then cobwebs. ##### Kurtis B. Only 10 minutes away from the boat ramp and had boat trailer parking. We brought our family and pup and had a blast catching scallops. This place had everything we needed, even a fenced in yard for our dog. The owner was very nice and quick to answer any questions we had prior and during our stay.
