Home Truths: \- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations. \- The washer and dryer are conveniently located outside the studio, behind the double doors. \- Please note that all outdoor furniture, including grills, will be stored for the winter months at the Tahoe Market. \- There are 2 buoys available for rent as a VAS at $150 per day, per buoy. Life vests are required and provided in the backyard storage room. Guests are welcome to use the small boat provided, but it must be returned after each use. A small trailer may be parked in the driveway or out front, with launching available at designated nearby marinas. Please note: personal buoys are not permitted. Parking Details: \- 4 cars can be parked onsite. \- No street parking allowed. \- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations. \- Please note this home does not have AC. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and we were all just overwhelmed with what a wonderful experience this house and location offered. The house was as adorable as the pictures! We started out under snow, but during the week it melted off and we were able enjoy time in the yard overlooking the amazing lake view. There were 10 of us, and the sleeping accommodations worked out fine for us.
