Cookies at the registration desk after a long day in the car was the beginning of us loving it. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional as well. Very kind.

New and clean hotel. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast options including waffle, cereal, yogurt and prepackaged pastries. Good coffee.

After driving 800 miles walking in and the girl says ..last name..i tell her she gets card prints papers and says sign here here and license plate # here. Hands key . That's it not your room number is 204 .. we go to room. Tv doesn't work ..call desk its her.. she comes up looks at cords says ill give you discount on room ..we say no we want different room. She says we are booked..ill call maintenance..we wait 30 min. Go down to desk she is sitting in a chair. I said we want a new room there are only 7 cars in the lot. She gives us new room. Cheetos all over the floor. Hair and toothaste in sink . Dried urine on back of toilet. Hair in one of the beds . So disgusting and disappointing. I complained at checkout as i knew the girl that night wasnt going to do anything she had a fit giving us the new room! Check out lady was apologetic however didn't offer discount or anything! Said she would mark our chart for next time..like we have chart there..and next time if we stay there they won't have a clue about this stay! However we will never forget it!

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles with your stay. Certainly, it is a priority for us to accommodate our guest and we are continually trying to go above and beyond to make sure our guest enjoy their stay. Unfortunately, not all of our staff is trained in maintenance issues, and beyond trouble shooting the standard problems, we have to contact our maintenance, whom is recovering from surgery. While the timing is unfortunate, we do apologize for the inconvenience this presented.As for the room change, we are incredibly full this week, and in order to change rooms, at times that means adjusting 15 other reservations, and takes a bit of time to figure out. While this is no excuse for the new room you were checked into, we wanted you to be aware of the scope of the situation. We would sincerely appreciate you giving us a call, so we can discuss what we can do to rectify the situation. We never want a guest to leave unhappy, and we want to show you what our standards truly are here.

It was a quiet place to stay even though prom was being held. The staff was really nice. The only to critique would be the bed was a little stiff. Otherwise a nice place to stay

Almost perfect, 4.999 stars.
The hotel is nice, quiet, and clean, which I really liked. The only negatives I can mention are the main entrance sliding door not working at the time and the lack of USB plugs in the rooms. Most of hotels nowadays offer those, which are very practical. Always carry adaptors so, it wasn't a big deal for me. I was driving a box truck and had to park my truck across the street (in the gas station), which was not a problem. Truck parking is free, and they have plenty of spaces available however, one can't make reservations. Best hotel sleep night in a long time, I would definitely recommend this hotel and also would most likely reserve a room the next time I am in the area.

Thank you for the kind remarks. We have been having some technical difficulties with the sensor on our front door, but are working diligently to get this fixed to better accommodate our guests. We also have a wide selections of plugs at the front desk for our guests, should you happen to stay again, any of our employees would be happy to locate the appropriate plug for you. Check-in was swift and the front desk employee was professional and courteous. My room was on the main level and very easy to get to. Vending machines, washer and dryer, ice machines and a small area with workout equipment were right across the hall. I was worried about hearing a bunch of foot traffic, but didn’t. The commons area where breakfast was served in the morning was set up nicely and clean. For a quick one night stay, this hotel was everything we needed.

This was my second stay at Cobblestone and everything was great. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was OK and there is a Hardee's nearby for other meals. I held a birthday party in the hotel's Events Center and the staff was just wonderfully helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

This property may technically be a 3 star hotel, but it is cared for and appoinred like a 4 star. Excellent bedding, toiletries, in-room fridge, and decor. Very affordable laundry. And excellent breakfast Buffett!

This my new go to or chain hotels and inns. Reasonably priced, they automatically do maid service. You don't have to ask. Quiet. Clean. Friendly. A good nights stay.

I was a little hesitant to stay at this hotel as I usually stay at Hiltons or Marriott (neither was close) so I opted to stay at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Holstein, IA. I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel! The hotel is new with nice bedding, large rooms, and a good breakfast. This hotel is equivalent to a Courtyard by Marriott or a Hilton Garden Inn IMHO. The truck stop next door has Fried Chicken, Pizza, Burgers, etc. If I had to nitpick on something they could improve, I wish there were USB charging ports in the room. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. What made us mark this hotel was because their mattresses need replaced immediately. We travel regularly and I have never had such awful mattresses. We had a room with two beds and both beds had a huge sink mark that you fell into. I was exhausted the next day from trying to stay out of the “sink hole “ in the bed all night long. Another strange thing was that when we went to check in the doors were locked as the girls Sat at the front desk chatting. They let us in and said their door always “locks” at that time of day which seemed very strange. At breakfast I had to go to the front desk to tell them that everything was completely empty.
