Listing didn't mention there was a ping pong table, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, floats etc, which was a nice surprise. Would help to know that because we wouldn't have brought our chairs. The listing did not specify that the 3rd bedroom snd bath is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. It worked out ok for us because our 2 kids are 17 and 20yrs but not ideal. It would not be ok if a family with young kids arrived not knowing that detail. Needs to be specified in the listing.
