Captain’s Quarters has its own little yard for the pups- just be aware it’s right along the walking path so ours were easily ‘distracted’ with all the foot traffic. Floor plan is wide open for hanging out together comfortably playing music, cards, board games, etc. Everything you need for cooking meals (I brought my own chef knife and should’ve brought a cutting board). Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance too. Boat ramp right up the road. Short walk to the beach with an outdoor shower and pool when you get back. And comfy beds to end the day! The walk to the beach was super easy and I went there every morning for a sunrise stroll. We loved the kitchy decor and felt right at home there. We absolutely love it! The decor is so cute and everything is clean and well kept. Last year we had 5 people and this year 6 and it was still perfect. We love this part of the island and the closeness to the beach….just a short walk! Spacious and comfy and felt like a home away from home. We did have issues our first few days there. Because of hurricane Debby the house flooded a little and we were out of power for 18 hours. The Captains Quarters was so perfect and roomy. Entire house was very clean and stocked. Super close to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great.
