The Primary bedroom offers comfort in a king bed, Flat TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower in fresh updated coastal charm. The condo is right on the beach and the view is spectacular! Being able to watch the sunsets right from the balcony was amazing. The condo is spacious and a quick walk to the beach and pool. This condo could be 5 stars but it definitely needs some things addressed. There was a broken chair (this appears to have been mentioned almost a year ago in a review) and it is still broken along with curtains along the slider. It appears that the entire condo could use a deep cleaning as it just seemed dingy in many areas. Also for the amount of money paid it would be nice to have a few better starter items like a tissue box. The condo is located right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and water. The open concept of the condo was perfect for our family to hang out at the end of a beach day. The pool area was nice with a view of the ocean. The communication with the rental agency was easy they promptly answered any questions I had. ##### Susan F. We have stayed on AMI many times and this was the first time we were able to stay on the beach. The view was fantastic! The unit was perfect for our family. It was updated and equipped with everything we needed. We never had any issues and felt very comfortable. The location on the beach meant steps to the beach for walking along the water and seating on the balcony for enjoying the waves and the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to freshen them when we needed. It was perfect for our needs. 2 king beds was a plus. There were a few maintenance items that could use attention ( loose chair leg, lightbulbs out, etc and we left a note for management) but we highly recommend this condo. FYI There were some some broken chairs and boogie board in the outside closet you probably want to throw away. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem. The unit had everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. were provided. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We especially loved how close we were to the gulf. We could watch our older kids down at the beach from the balcony. There was a lot of small ants all over the kitchen area and we found several palmetto bugs that we had to get rid of. The king beds were some what comfortable, they had a big piece of foam on the top of the mattresses which made the beds too soft for our liking. But, overall we would definitely come back and stay again. ##### Karissa B.
