We used the balcony in the mornings and at night, some beautiful ocean views. Had an issue with the AC and owner was very responsive. Unit is spacious and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, groceries, beach). Only cons: kitchen utensils (such as pots/pans and spatulas/other smaller kitchen items) could use an upgrade, as could the bathrooms; AC unit is new but seems to be too small to keep up with the large floor plan on very hot days. Property is directly across the street which we were very grateful for due to watching everyone trying to find a parking spot, we just walked right to the beach with all the gear in a wagon. I did forget to mention the bed…Omgosh it’s soooo comfortable, we slept like babies! Communication with the host was great! She replied right away any time I contacted her and very sweet! The road is busy, but you don’t really hear it in the condo or bedrooms. Its also a slow speed road so , that helps. The beach is right across the street at a public parking lot. The trolly is also there! It was a nice spacious place for our vacation. If you plan on doing cooking … take inventory of supplies in the rental first, before heading to the store….. you will need spices, seasonings, salt , pepper, basic cooking supplies and containers…. All amenities were available and even extras like laundry soap, cooking oil and coffee were there to get us through the first part of our stay. The location is great for convenient access to the beach. It is on a busy corner but not noisy in the bedrooms. The front deck was used the most as it’s shaded in the morning and a perfect sunset view in the evening. Stores for groceries and pharmacy were walkable distance and don’t miss out on Skinny’s on the corner for fast food and frosty mugs. ##### Jill B.
