Condo really needs updating. Cracked title worn carpet. Location was perfect because of proximity to shops grocery stores and pharmacy. Lovely area, perfect beach--clean, not heavily populated, easy entry to ocean. Very clean apartment. But it needs owner attention. Feature is sliding glass doors and screens giving onto porch overlooking beach. But many of those doors/screens are broken, coming off their tracks and unlockable except by using owners' wood beams/pipes. obviously left nearby for that purpose.
