As soon as you step out from this house your toes will sink into the beach sand as you overlook the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can hear the waves of the ocean crashing throughout the home with incredible ocean views on each floor almost out every window. The house includes a private beach that gives you and your guests the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beach. If you are coming to Florida for the beach then this is the perfect beach house for your vacation. The three bedroom and two-bathroom home is comfortable from top to bottom. All brand-new dining furniture and living room furniture to include leather couches and grand ceiling fans. New charming beach décor throughout the home creates the perfect beach vibe and a comfortable homely feel. The kitchen provides everything a guest could need and more. The kitchen is a complete and full kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large kitchen island. The house is also equipped with a brand-new washer and dryer. The large windows give you a spectacular view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining and living room. Three sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious deck equipped with a table, chairs and a gas grill to enjoy ocean front meals or a glass of wine at sunset. Below the deck is a private beach for you and your guests to enjoy that connects to the main beach. The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed overlooks the beach and ocean. Windows surround the master bedroom giving you ocean views from every corner. A sliding glass door leads out to a private deck with lounge chairs to give you the most privacy and relaxation you desire. Attached to the master bedroom is spacious bathroom that includes a walk-in shower equipped with multiple shower heads and a bathtub with jets. Flat screen TVs are located in the main room, the master bedroom and the queen bedroom. In addition to the master bedroom and queen bedroom, there’s the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. So, whether you want to sink your toes in the soft white sands on the beach, or pause to watch the sunset over the tranquilly Gulf of Mexico, you are only steps away. In addition, every Island attraction is located right at your fingertips. The home is located within very easy walking distance to the conveniences of stores and restaurants and the free trolley which can easily take you either direction to both ends of the island. On the north end of the island you can visit the village of Anna Maria, where two historic piers offer opportunities for fishing and dining. You can also visit the shops restaurants, galleries, and a museum and community theater there. At Holmes Beach, you can get off the Trolley to enjoy more excellent shops and restaurants, as well as a marina, library, free community tennis courts, and several gyms open to visitors. On the south end, you will also want to explore the rest of Bradenton Beach. Historic Bridge Street was once the location of the very first bridge to the mainland. Today's Cortez Bridge, just a bit to the north, is made out of sturdier stuff than the original wood structure, but the original street is still there, and it is a fun place for shopping, dining, live music, a weekly open-air market (in season), fishing, and even miniature golf! Amazing master suite with porch and another porch off the main living area with the same gorgeous view. It was so nice being able to just grab a beach chair, walk just a few feet and plop down on the beach with the gorgeous ocean smack dab in front of us. The house was well equipped for us all; 6 adults from ages 25-80 years old. The location was perfect; right in the middle of the north and south end of the island so it was an easy/quick drive for fun coffee outings (North Shore Cafe) or a delicious dinner down at the Beach House, directly on the beach. But we hardly needed or wanted to leave the house and beach; from coffee during the sunrises and cocktails for sunsets, and the magical sound of the waves, we never wanted to leave. We will definitely be back! The house is beautiful, and the layout worked well, with the boys each having their own room on the main living room level. The primary suite on the top floor had incredible views and we enjoyed the sound of crashing waves lulling us to sleep every night. It is also the perfect place for watching sunsets at night. The house had a number of beach chairs (6?) and an umbrella in good working order to use out on the beach right in front of the house. The house is also stocked with lots of sand toys, a couple of balls, and a boogie board in the garage tote, but no coolers, not really essential anyway since the house is right on the beach. There were also plenty of books and games/cards at the house. The kitchen was well stocked w pots/pans/keurig/coffee pot. Note: I might bring an insulated wine cup if I came again since they only had glass. The house is located right in holmes beach south of manatee beach, which made it easily accessible from the mainland / airport / etc and also very close to Publix and a strip mall w a Walgreens, dunkin and a few cute restaurants. (We had breakfast at the toasted mango cafe and recommend for breakfast.) We walked down to the public beach a few afternoons and the kids got ice cream, and often there was live music later afternoons. We loved this place and hope to come back again soon! So close to everything- no rental car needed! Just some quirky things we didnt like that probably dont matter. The porch and furepit were excellent places to hangout while babies were napping. You could not be handier to the beach nor have more perfect sunset viewing. Sand castles and sunning were easy to enjoy with all the toys and the excellent perfect soft AMI sand. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed for visiting with others in the large living room. We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous beach house directly on Holmes Beach. The house has everything you need and more, with all the comforts of home but in such a beautiful setting. The neighborhood was great with stores very close by, along with excellent restaurants within a short drive. The host, Dave, was super nice to deal with and easily accessible. Such a beautiful house and the location is ideal for walking to the shops or to the local restaurants especially the beach cafe for pancakes or sunset Pina Coladas.
