The property was located steps from the beach & had easy access to dog park areas. The only drawback was the property set up itself. On Sunday evening the upstairs renters had on loud music & there was a good bit of noise emanating from the floor above us…moving chairs/furniture and loud steps. This went on until close to midnight sad to say. So we as the renters of the lower level studio apartment…we had to endure. Not awful but not great either.
