Directly on the canal, a private boat dock with a covered gazebo welcomes you to Topsail. This is the perfect spot to hang out before and after your boating excursions! With multiple other outdoor areas to enjoy, you can find shade under the covered patio or enjoy sunset views on the sun deck overlooking the canals. The classic H-plan offers gorgeous views from the living area, 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2 baths. A quaint bonus room on the ground floor offers a queen sleeper, tv and half bath: a perfect spot for teenagers or young adults to enjoy. Vacation homes along the canals of Surf City offer a special experience on Topsail Island.
