Pool opens May 1! Whether you have a large family with a wide range of kids and ages, or maybe you just want to invite a handful of friends to soak up the sun and relax by playing games and watching the sunsets in the evenings, you will definitely want to stay here. We can accommodate 2 vehicles parking on site but have a third free spot, please just let us know if that is needed! Modern townhouse in the heart of Surf City. In this house, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Ocean as well as the Intercoastal Waterway and the Surf City Bridge. Inside you will find a spacious and comfortable living room as well as a dining table with seating up to 10 guests. The Kitchen has plenty of storage for all your vacation snacks, stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils, pots, and pans for those that want to cook. Don't want to eat your delicious meal inside? Then head on out to the back deck and enjoy your meal with the ocean breeze. As for bedrooms, there are four total bedrooms plus an upstairs bonus room which includes a bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms are king bed suites with full bathrooms attached and tvs. The master suite also includes a sitting area with Roku TV as well as its own private deck. The other two bedrooms are a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. These two rooms share a full size community bathroom. In the top floor of the house, there is a spacious bonus room with giant couch, Roku TV, Battlestar Galaga arcade game, table for those late night pizza cravings, a full size bunk bed, desk and chair (not that you really wanted to work on vacation anyways, am I right?) as well as a full size bathroom. Because this house is an end unit, the entire wall faces south and has absolutely spectacular views of the island. Additionally, there is yet another deck off of this room, a perfect spot for cards or boardgames. Additional features of this house include an outdoor shower and a pack n play provided for the smallest of guests. And were you worried about stairs?? No need!! There is a private elevator in the house just for you! Centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, breweries, and beach shops in Surf City. There is also a private walkway directly from the neighborhood to the beach. And did I mention the neighborhood pool yet?? This place has it all, and we cannot wait to share it with you! We want to make your stay in Surf City awesome. So come check this place out! A door code will be provided in your check-in instructions no later than 3 days prior to your arrival date. We will message you directly in the airbnb app. We live locally and can generally assist during normal working hours. If you have an emergency, please contact 911 Changing table and pack n play provided by hosts. Very comfortable beds and furniture with pretty furnishings. Very close proximity to the beach with nice boardwalk from complex to beach! Pool right beside of this house! Would be nice if owners put hairdryers in bathrooms. I had forgotten mine so that was a minor inconvenience. The house needs a blender and a griddle would be nice too! Parking is tricky with more than 2 cars but Sean the owner was very helpful in providing a 3rd parking space off site which we really appreciated. (There is NO SPACE for more than 2 cars on site). I didn't find it in the description anywhere but there were some beach chairs under the stairwell in the carport as well as a few pool toys. ##### Deanna G.
