The balcony has an ocean view and both bedroom windows have bay view. Friendly neighbors and seemed like overall friendly community. Beaches are dog friendly and so are many restaurants (we had 2 small dogs with us). Quiet area but a decent amount of restaurant/dining options. Used Lysol spray throughout condo. Each time we went out and returned had to repeat above. Misplaced my keys, my family started helping search condo. Pulled out couch noted dust and rotten food underneath sofa. Removed cushions noted old bread and chicken bones I would not stay in this condo again because lack of cleanliness.
