This comfortable, cozy and cute, 3 bedroom, north side of a duplex is a wonderful place for you and your family, including your dog to experience Surf City/Topsail Island. During the day, relax on the sun deck that offers ocean breezes and unobstructed ocean views.  At night, step in to the newly expanded living room with plenty of space for all! This duplex is located on a quiet street with easy public beach access approx. 150 feet south at the foot of Broadway Street. \*\*For larger family gatherings Beachy Bliss - 1709-A N. Shore Drive is right next door. Book a family vacation together!

Your vacation rental is located in Surf City, approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You will love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Surf City pier and nearby restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air and much more! Please note that this rental does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.

The place was clean and charming with everything needed for a comfortable stay; the view of ocean and proximity incredible, the amenities adequate. Was pet friendly. Trash pickup reminders provided. All just perfect.
