For transparency, the pictures and description of beach implied a direct view and access to the beach adjacent to the house but property between beach and a busy two-lane road with 24/7 buzzing cars, which is not in the description and in my opinion material to decision making. To gain access to beach required crossing this road to a shared easement between other property owners and you do not have a water view as depicted in the picture. ##### Gary M. One of the best features of this property is its easy beach access. It’s just a short walk away, making it convenient to enjoy the sun and surf whenever you like. We loved spending our mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck. The location is also incredibly convenient for those traveling from the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The drive was straightforward, and we appreciated how easy it was to find the property. It’s close enough for a quick weekend getaway but feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, this beach house is a gem.
