Luxury!!!! Super clean!!!! Immaculate!!!! This condo and resort is a stellar model of what ever place SHOULD BE!!! David thank you for sharing your beautiful, peaceful condo. The pool and grounds are immaculate as well. Beautiful decor, top of the line and truly comfortable sofa and rocker/recliner chair, beds are very comfortable, quality, cozy blankets, plenty of bath towels. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony and slider door. State of the art washer/dryer combo unit. This condo is well kept and quality is superior to almost every place we have stayed. Nothing is cheap or thrown together. A lot of effort and quality has been put into this condo. The pool is amazing, huge, clean, comfy chaise loungers, pergolas. Self check in is easy peasy. In a very nice location on the island. (No high weeds/yards here like further down the island).The 3 flights of steps to the condo were a little bit difficult for Grandpa Herbie and our son was scared to go up at first. However, the condo is well worth it. (Good exercise..got my 9,000 steps in a day so could indulge in Burry chocolates and steaks at Low Tide). 🥩 Close to restaurants, groceries, etc. And, of course we had to stop at Burry Chocolates on way to the island. Best chocolate ever! Thank you again. Wonderful. Blessed to stay here to relax and renew.
This pool is amazing! Super clean, huge, zero entry walk in at one end, and it feels like it's salt water. (That soft feel and no chlorine smell. I'm not sure if it is but feels like it). Also , plenty of chase loungers and some under pergolas.
Love this shower. Rain head, bench, great size.
Beautiful and clean countertops kitchen and both bathrooms.

Had a great time staying at this condo for a beach weekend with the family. It seems very recently updated and everything is in great condition. The loft area is great for children while the parents can stay in the main bedroom. It is nice that the bathroom area has two sections with two sinks and toilets. Only suggestion for an improvement is the kitchen was a bit light on plates/utensils. If you had a longer stay or larger group you'd be running the dishwasher a lot (if you aren't just eating out). All the needed soap and cleaning supplies were provided and there were plenty of towels, which was nice.There was a mix up on check in where the gate code provided was the previous months, but there was a man at the booth who was very friendly and immediately helped us get sorted. It was such a non-issue that we didn't even message the hosts. No other hiccups the rest of the stay. Great condo, would be very happy to stay here again in the future. The view is amazing and the access to the beach can't be beat.

Condo was updated & beautiful. Beds were comfy, condo has everything you need. Perfect location to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. David the owner was fantastic and checked in to make sure you had everything you needed and was quick to respond if you had any questions. Highly recommend would definitely come stay again. 10/10

Pristine property, perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Surf City! The property is beautiful and well cared for. Our host was in touch before our stay, responsive to questions when we arrived, and checked in with us mid week to see if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed and more (an air fryer and two different coffee machines, for example). The condo unit is clean and beautifully decorated and even smelled great! Our 9 year old loved having the loft area as her own space and there was even plenty of room for her to host mom and dad for sleepovers. The location and private beach access cannot be beat, with showers and hoses to rinse off. The views from the deck/balcony are beautiful and we enjoyed almost all of our meals ‘al fresco.’ We are looking forward to staying here again!!

Perfect beach condo!

Steps from the beach, a short walk from town, and a meticulously clean space provided for a perfect stay! The host was super accommodating and responsive. He even provided a very gracious refund when the pool was closed one day. The pool was relaxing and the beach was sublime. Beautifully redecorated condo. We can't wait to stay again.
