It's perfectly located on the desirable southern end of Topsail Beach, a short distance from shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger fishing pier. As grandparents we can sit on the wonderful deck and watch them or go hang out on the beach and participate. This home is large enough to allow family spaces to gather, play cards and eat together and also have quite spaces. The hot/cold shower on the beach private boardwalk is great to rinse sand before returning to the house. Three bathrooms (2 on-suite) is great. Washer and dryer is such a plus!
