This modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is directly on the ocean, with outstanding views of brilliant blue water. It's perfectly located on the desirable southern end of Topsail Beach, a short distance from shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger fishing pier. Inside you'll find comfortable, peaceful decor and a kitchen with a full set of amenities. 10 can sleep comfortably on three queen beds, two twins, and a sleeper sofa, with all bedrooms directly facing the ocean. There is one porta-crib and one pack ‘n play for the little ones! Come experience the atmosphere of south Topsail Beach where there are no crowds, no noise, only smiling faces, clean sand, family-friendliness and warm times. Upon arrival, we had to put the sheets on all the beds. The house was not clean with built up dust and sand throughout the house including on the fan blades. The showers were dirty, mold on the shower curtains, hairs found prior to initial use. Kitchen utensils were deteriorated and need to be replaced. We were not able to adjust the A/C temperature ourselves and had to reach out to the owner to adjust for us, which was a battle. The mattresses were uncomfortable. I understood going in that the house would not be ideal based on the listings pictures, but the lack of cleanliness, issues with the A/C, and having to put the sheets on the beds was unacceptable. (We were not told of this situation until days before arrival)-the refrigerator has some type of permanent setting on it as well that causes it to take hours to cool! The internal temperature stayed at 56-58 for hours during the day, ruining some of our groceries! We were told to just give it time and it would adjust-the toilets were stained when we arrived-there was sand on all the floors and stairs-we did recommend that the owner look into a new cleaning company! They lacked on the job that should have been done for sure!The comforters and mattress covers were not washed and we were told that was not the job of the cleaners…The view from the house was beautiful… the house itself had many pros! We had a great experience for our first stay in Topsail. The house was perfect for our group of six and the beachfront location was both beautiful and relaxing.
