We could see the ocean waves from the deck. It fit eight of us quite comfortably. The price was reasonable and less then similar properties. The kitchen was well stocked. Two updates I would recommend to the owners are to replace the master bed frame(the current one squeaks every time you roll over) and purchase additional outdoor furniture for the lower deck (only one chair). Other then that we loved it and had a great time. Saw sea turtles hatching, kayaked at Serenity Point, went bike riding, surfing and ate a lot of good food (would definitely recommend Getting a bucket from Steamers and try all the different tacos at Shaka Tacos) ##### Steve F. Very short walk to the beach. The downside is that the interior of this property is much smaller than it appears online. The bunk bed room is more like a glorified closet in size. It was clean for the most part, but it definitely needs some attention. The roof was leaking causing water to drip on the bed/floor in the 3rd floor bedroom. Several outlets were not working. There was a lighting fixture on the 2nd floor balcony hanging by a wire. The wifi was terrible. We weren't even able to stream a movie without constant timing out. For as much as we paid for this rental, I would expect higher quality, especially since it didn't include linens or basics like toilet paper, soap, etc. ##### Blythe H.
