The View at luxurious Emerald Pointe is nestled against the shores of Table Rock Lake in a gated community. You are only steps away from a private boat ramp and marina, offering a state-of-the-art dry storage and a variety of water activities including: boating, jet skis, fishing, water skiing, parasailing or just paddling around in the warm waves on a sunny day. Rent or bring your own boat. This unit was previously under different VRBO listing and had been renting for several years. We acquired the unit fully furnished as seen in the photos in summer 2016 based largely on the very positive public feedback from renters. Here are a couple examples from a dozen that were in the previous listing: "We've stayed in VRBO properties in many states and this condo, by far, has the nicest and most well appointed furnishings of any we've seen. The whole place looks like it was decorated by a professional- its just beautiful." and this: "This is our 5th summer vacation to Table Rock Lake and we've stayed at different properties each year. I can honestly say this was easily the most comfortable condo we've stayed in yet! Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and living room furniture, nice-sized dining room table with 6 chairs, kitchen included all the dishes/cooking utensils necessary for preparing basic meals, and there is a patio table with 4 chairs on the deck to enjoy an awesome view of the lake. Best of all, it was very CLEAN!" We concur wholeheartedly with the comments from previous renters above and really enjoy staying here as often as possible. Our VRBO listing only became active in September 2016, but the unit has a long list of loyal clients from the previous owners listing. The View is tucked away in the Ozark Mountains, located far enough away from the traffic and crowds yet just minutes from the high-energy excitement of Branson Landing, Branson shows, attractions, restaurants, championship golf and Big Cedar Lodge. Branson Landing is Branson's newest $450 million dollar shopping and entertainment district on the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Although you will enjoy the beautiful amenities inside, you will be drawn to the breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake. The spacious deck with spectacular lake views will certainly make this a favorite spot for morning coffee or watching the evening sun set across the lake. The kitchen features granite tile countertops, beautiful wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. This condo offers something in all seasons: March launches into the spring as buds appear and seasonal plant life brings the promise of warmer weather. Mealtimes on the balcony are entertained by birds and small wildlife setting up new homes for the summer, treating you to a symphony of natural sounds. Fishing is great and you can even cast a line from shore. Summer on a lake is very exciting, with multiple watersport craft from fishing boats to skiing, sundecks on pontoons boats and jet-ski's abound. However, the lake is large and uncrowded. Local habitats offer bicycling, hiking and even Segway tours for a variety of natural settings (plant, wildlife, etc.). Fall brings the natural palette of colors, and the view around the lake is stunning. Fall is also a great time to enjoy drives around the lake on winding, hilly roads with canopy's of color. Warm days yield to cooler evenings making the balcony a great place to relax. Let's just say there's no place like Branson at Christmastime. The whole area teems with festivities, joyous celebrations with both indoor and outdoor activities. Whether you've come to shop, eat or visit holiday shows, everyone in town treats you like royalty. We enjoy driving to see the festive lighting on the strip, through old-town and then on to Branson Landings, then heading back out to Emerald Pointe to relax in peace & quiet. As a long-term visitor to the area, we will enjoy having you as our guest for many years to come. Ms.Burch made sure I had the code for the door and other info needed. She sent it by VRBO as well as texted it to me. The property itself is top-notch. They have it decorated wonderfully. It's cozy, nicely furnished, and stocked with everything you need. We greatly enjoyed the balcony views of the lake and spent most of the first morning just drinking coffee and watching all of the boaters. They even have a pair of binoculars that you can use to check out across the lake and the island in the middle! The only complaint I have at all is the entering of the property through the gate. It was not consistent at all. We entered the property a total of three times, and one time it worked as it should, once I had to wait an uncomfortably long time as other cars pulled up behind me creating a long line, before it finally opened, and the final time it would not let me through at all, and I had to back down causing all the other cars to back up and I had to go to the other gate and wait for someone to answer the intercom and finally let me in. It was absolutely the only thing wrong! We enjoyed the nightly sunsets and morning coffee on the balcony. There was plenty of comfy seating for watching TV in the evening and bedrooms had pillows and blanket options for all. Felt like home. Everything was perfect. This was a beautiful place with an amazing view. The only downside we faced was most of the afternoon on the day we checked in there was a reno of some kind going on in the next door condo.
