The View at luxurious Emerald Pointe is nestled against the shores of Table Rock Lake in a gated community. You are only steps away from a private boat ramp and marina, offering a state-of-the-art dry storage and a variety of water activities including: boating, jet skis, fishing, water skiing, parasailing or just paddling around in the warm waves on a sunny day. Rent or bring your own boat. This unit was previously under different VRBO listing and had been renting for several years. We acquired the unit fully furnished as seen in the photos in summer 2016 based largely on the very positive public feedback from renters. Here are a couple examples from a dozen that were in the previous listing: "We've stayed in VRBO properties in many states and this condo, by far, has the nicest and most well appointed furnishings of any we've seen. The whole place looks like it was decorated by a professional- its just beautiful." and this: "This is our 5th summer vacation to Table Rock Lake and we've stayed at different properties each year. I can honestly say this was easily the most comfortable condo we've stayed in yet! Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and living room furniture, nice-sized dining room table with 6 chairs, kitchen included all the dishes/cooking utensils necessary for preparing basic meals, and there is a patio table with 4 chairs on the deck to enjoy an awesome view of the lake. Best of all, it was very CLEAN!" We concur wholeheartedly with the comments from previous renters above and really enjoy staying here as often as possible. Our VRBO listing only became active in September 2016, but the unit has a long list of loyal clients from the previous owners listing. The View is tucked away in the Ozark Mountains, located far enough away from the traffic and crowds yet just minutes from the high-energy excitement of Branson Landing, Branson shows, attractions, restaurants, championship golf and Big Cedar Lodge. Branson Landing is Branson's newest $450 million dollar shopping and entertainment district on the shores of Lake Taneycomo. Although you will enjoy the beautiful amenities inside, you will be drawn to the breathtaking view of Table Rock Lake. The spacious deck with spectacular lake views will certainly make this a favorite spot for morning coffee or watching the evening sun set across the lake. The kitchen features granite tile countertops, beautiful wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. This condo offers something in all seasons: March launches into the spring as buds appear and seasonal plant life brings the promise of warmer weather. Mealtimes on the balcony are entertained by birds and small wildlife setting up new homes for the summer, treating you to a symphony of natural sounds. Fishing is great and you can even cast a line from shore. Summer on a lake is very exciting, with multiple watersport craft from fishing boats to skiing, sundecks on pontoons boats and jet-ski's abound. However, the lake is large and uncrowded. Local habitats offer bicycling, hiking and even Segway tours for a variety of natural settings (plant, wildlife, etc.). Fall brings the natural palette of colors, and the view around the lake is stunning. Fall is also a great time to enjoy drives around the lake on winding, hilly roads with canopy's of color. Warm days yield to cooler evenings making the balcony a great place to relax. Let's just say there's no place like Branson at Christmastime. The whole area teems with festivities, joyous celebrations with both indoor and outdoor activities. Whether you've come to shop, eat or visit holiday shows, everyone in town treats you like royalty. We enjoy driving to see the festive lighting on the strip, through old-town and then on to Branson Landings, then heading back out to Emerald Pointe to relax in peace & quiet. It's far enough from all the shows and tourist attractions to be peaceful but close enough that it doesn't take long to get to the Branson strip or Branson Landing. We enjoyed a couple shows the men played golf one day and us girls lounged at the pool. It was a great getaway after a week of VBS the week before. The amenities and surroundings are great as well! My sister and I had so much fun sitting out on the deck watching the boats go by and enjoying the pool right outside the condo! This was a beautiful place with an amazing view. The only downside we faced was most of the afternoon on the day we checked in there was a reno of some kind going on in the next door condo. It is very comfortable and feels just like home. It’s very clean, well-maintained and stocked. There is just a half flight of stairs to get inside so it is very manageable if that is an issue for some. The balcony is bigger than most, and the view of the lake is absolutely awesome! The owners are very responsive and helpful. Short drive to Branson to the outlets and various things to do. My husband and daughter went on a fishing excursion that we gave my husband for early Father’s Day. They had a great time and want to do that again. We drove to Springfield to the aquarium and bass pro shop, spectacular place to visit. The condo was a very nice, relaxing place to stay. The bed was so very comfortable and the couch too!’ Loved the balcony and the egg chair for relaxing and looking out at the beautiful lake!! Loved the no hassle entrance to the property. All the little extras in place by Dan and Jana make this a wonderful experience! Close enough to all of the attractions we planned to see and great place to come back to in the evenings.
