Summary: This stunning 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has been NEWLY REDECORATED to offer you the most beautiful, RELAXING RETREAT for your Branson vacation! Located in Branson Canyon, an ideal vacation neighborhood just 10-15 minutes from all of the Branson activities you will want to enjoy while you are here! And best of all, THE NEIGHBORHOOD POOL IS JUST ACROSS THE STREET! With 2 bedrooms on the main level, 3 bedrooms in the basement, and 2 living areas, this house will offer all your group could need! The Space: Just ONE STEP up to the front porch, then walk right into the OPEN CONCEPT MAIN FLOOR with vaulted ceilings and large windows bringing in lots of natural light! Gather around the kitchen island while your crew cooks up a delicious meal as the KITCHEN IS STOCKED with all the pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, and small appliances that you would have at home. The stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space make cooking in this kitchen a delight! Then pull up a chair at the large dining table MAKING MEMORIES OVER MEALS as you start off your vacation. Or sink right into the living room couches after a fun-filled day enjoying all the entertainment that Branson has to offer! The living room leads right out to a SCREENED-IN UPPER DECK where you can grill up your favorites on the infra-red grill or sip on a morning cup of coffee on a cool morning. Back inside, the primary bedroom is located on the main level complete with a KING BED, luxury duvet, and a private attached bathroom where you can spread out with double sinks or soak your worries away in the jetted tub! One more bedroom is on the main level, also complete with a KING BED, and a hall bathroom just outside it's door! Then head on downstairs where you will be amazing with the oversized SECOND LIVING ROOM! Your own private POOL TABLE will provide hours of fun for all ages or gather everyone around the large downstairs table for night full of games! And the 65 inch downstairs TV could not be more perfect for a movie night!! Two of the three downstairs bedrooms have KING BEDS to provide everyone with a luxury sleeping experience and the last bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 BUNK BEDS for a kid's vacation dream! Even an extra perk, one of the couches in the downstairs living room is a SLEEPER SOFA to sleep two more guests for a sleeping total of 14! There is also another full bathroom on this lower level and all the bathrooms are stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One less thing for you to pack! Also, a washer and dryer in the home make laundry on vacation easy and we provide the detergent! Guest Access: Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including an outdoor pool across the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail! The Neighborhood: For those hot summer days, we are just across the street from the NEIGHBORHOOD POOL! Close enough to grab your towel and walk on over to the clubhouse. The beautiful pools (open mid-May to late-September) feature an oh-so-convenient ZERO-ENTRY, allowing you to just walk right in! There is plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or shade, as well as a SPLASH PAD that your little ones will love! For those wanting access to the lake, A PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH IS LESS THAN A MILE AWAY! And since boats and trailers aren't allowed to be parked in the neighborhood, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just outside the neighborhood for you to make arrangements for storage. One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 23 minutes away. The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! The layout of the house fits our group well (grandparents, parents, 4 children) with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two large living areas - one up and one down - are so fun for whether family members want to read, play games, pool, or play downstairs. We love this neighborhood, as well, and enjoyed many walks in the area/to the lake. Our family also spent a lot of time playing pool across the street at the clubhouse -- even though there is also a pool table at the house which was also used often. There was plenty of towels, and the kitchen is well stocked. We made many meals at the house and also used the grill. Our 2 year old grandson was safe and happy. They have baby gates to protect Little’s from the stairs. The pool table was a bit rough, but fun. There is no ice maker, so bring ice. However there is a dishwasher. Along with washer/dryer that we didn’t use for our short stay. Definitely would recommend to multiple generations wanting to spend time together. It even had a child safe Christmas tree. ##### Wendie B. We came to Branson for family vacation. This property was so.comfortable and well stocked! We cooked half of our meals and used pots, pans, serving ware, the crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, and outdoor grill! The kitchen had everything we could need, honestly! And we could gather around the large table. There were tvs all over the home, toys, puzzles, and games. We had 2 patios to enjoy outside too! The beds were comfortable and there were enough for us all to have our own rooms. Very spacious and the home was laid out so.well for just spending time together. We used the laundry room and had 3 full bathrooms to get ready in too! The actual neighborhood was well kept, too. We just felt so at home and comfortable the entire time. It was also VERY clean and maintained. After staying in MANY VRBO's, this was one of my favorite experiences. ##### Annie G. It was clean and very spacious. The neighborhood pool was right outside. We could get to anything in town within 15-20 minutes. We watched the Memorial Day fireworks from Top of the Rock on the screened in porch. The owner and house manager were great at communicating and quick to respond.
