Je mist wel een gezellige zithoek en jammer is dat je in de zomer op het balkon nooit in de zon kunt zitten. Het balkon ligt wel op het zuiden, maar de zon draait over de woning heen. Om in de zon te zitten moet je buiten de woning op een stoel op het gras gaan zitten. Het zonnetje scheen heerlijk op het balkon, waar je prima uit de wind kan zitten. Het huis staat aan het einde van de weg, langs de alm loop je zo het bos in. Voor de kinderen heerlijk sleeën en rollen in de sneeuw direct naast het huis. Onze dochter mocht helpen in de stal bij de koeien. Er zijn 2 skigebieden in de buurt en de Panoramabahn is vlakbij. De accommodatie was prima in orde. Het uitzicht op het nationale park Hohe Tauern fenomenaal. En ook de wandelmogelijkheden waren meer dan voldoende. Zo vanuit het huis het wandelpad op of even een klein stukje met de auto naar een mooi beginpunt. Leuke eigenaresse, die bij aankomst kort verteld waar alles staat en hoe het afval scheiden werkt. Het huisje is precies zoals op de foto's, zelfs nog iets ruimer in het echt. Het huis is heel schoon! Wanneer je wilt douchen of iets met warm water, zet de kraan vast aan! Het kan namelijk ong. 5 min. duren voor er warm water is. Er is geen vaatwasser, afwassen dus. Er zit geen wasmachine bij het huis maar wanneer je toch gebruik wilt maken van een, is dat mogelijk voor €5,- per draai. Verder is er een prima werkend wifi netwerk dat je kunt gebruiken. Er is geen broodjes service, wel is er een bakker beneden in het dorp. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen, en dat ging prima. Het zijn inderdaad zoals al eerder aangegeven, erg veel trappen!! Balkon is privé, met aan 1 kant een afscheidingshek. In het huis ernaast woont 1 van de kinderen van de eigenaar. Het uitzicht is adembenemend! Er zijn parkeerplekken voor het huis. Wanneer je met hond verblijft, vergeet geen poepzakjes mee te nemen! De eigenaren verbouwen organisch hooi, je hond mag daar dus geen behoefte achterlaten. Wel kan je iets verder achter het huis een bos in, daar mag het wel. Via dit pad kom je bij een heel klein watervalletje, en verder naar boven ook bij een restaurant. Er zijn in de omgeving wel activiteiten te doen, wij houden voornamelijk van klammen lopen, daarvoor moet je iets verder weg. De Seissenbergklamm ligt op ongeveer 64 km., dus 1 uur rijden. Voor de rest fantastisch huis, vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaresse die totaal niet opdringerig is. Enorm genoten!! Toen we aankwamen zagen we het mooie grote huis in een geweldige omgeving. Met een pad van 2,4 km steil omhoog, ligt het huis hoog gelegen en vandaar vanuit het balkon een prachtig uitzicht. De omgeving met Kaprun, Kitzsteinhorn, Gross Glockner , Kitzbühel is fantastisch. Het is een compleet huis, huiskamer met wandmeubel, veel opbergruimte, slaapkamer met een 2,5 meter lange linnenkast. Grote keuken met veel ruimte en mooi ingerichte keuken om te werken. Er is een hele goede wifi in huis. Er zijn 53 treden te gaan om op de verdieping te komen. De smartphone was achter gebleven en de fam. heeft hem meteen opgestuurd, binnen 4 dagen hadden we hem weer. Het appartement is zeer netjes ,eenvoudig ingericht maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Een oven en magnetron zijn aanwezig, geen vaatwasser dus.. zelf afwassen. Er is voldoende kastruimte. Ik zou er met niet meer dan 4 volwassen personen verblijven. Men geeft aan dat het een 5 persoons- appartement is.
