### Charming Apartment in Holland/ Area Sleeps 2
Charming place
to stay near Holland, Macatawa and Saugatuck. The area has bike paths, tennis courts, and 3 blocks to public Lake Macatawa boat launch.
This apartment is wonderfully comfortable with a queen bed in the bedroom. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination,and Wireless
Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped,
The outside brick patio area is beautiful with a lovely garden and comfortable table and chairs. There’s a Gas/Grill. The location is very tranquil and private.
All linens and towels are provided. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment.
This is strictly 1-2 adult only , sorry no exceptions.
There is a 28 night minimum
Cancellation Policy : 50 % refund if notice is given 30 days prior to rental date. 50% refund if we are able to re let property if less than 30 days notice.rentals

Apartment was neat as a pin. The patio/backyard is for the guest and is well appointed. Gas grill. Gas tabletop fireplace under an awning with comfortable chairs. A babbling water feature and total peace.Awesome place to stay and the price is right.

#### Lovely home and garden patio
This home was a perfect stay for my husband and I for our weekend visit to Holland! The home is really cute and comfortable, well-equipped and an easy drive into town. The owner is lovely and was so kind to bring us fresh made bread, warm out of the oven, along with delicious homemade marmalade! We will definitely stay the next time we visit Holksbd!

My sister and I just loved Karen's home! It was hands down one of the best VRBO homes we've had the pleasure of staying at. The home was well stocked, clean, comfortable bed, beautiful outdoor garden, quiet neighborhood, and extremely convenient to anyplace you'd want to visit in Holland. #### Holland Getaway
We loved staying at this well appointed apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The owner Karen is a gracious host, and she has thought of everything you might need for a fun getaway. The location was fabulous, close to downtown Holland and nearby towns and beaches. The yard is gorgeous with beautiful flowers. It’s perfect for a couple.

Great location, easy to get everywhere. Apartment was very clean—and I am picky! The backyard was private, quiet, and beautiful! Karen leaves you everything you need, she tries hard to be helpful when needed, but stays out of your way to give you privacy (this was my concern and I was very comfortable.) We had a very active weekend and tried to do as much as possible—btw, when Karen tells you NOT to kayak along Black River (Macatawa) do NOT kayak along Black River! She knows what she is talking about! Lol!

#### Amazing property and location!
Everything about Karen’s space is perfect. It’s well maintained and clean, and very private, despite being connected to the home. Very close to everything we wanted to do, including beaches, downtown Holland, and other smal towns nearby. We would absolutely stay at this spot again!

#### Quiet apartment close to so much!
My husband and I are expecting our first child in July and we decided to get away from Indianapolis for the weekend. Karen's apartment was perfect for our trip as we went out and explored different restuarants near by, spent a day at Oval Beach which Karen recommended, and met up with some of my husband's family that lived about 30 minutes from the Vrbo. The apartment was very spacious for us, very clean, and such a cute and quite place. I asked for beach towels after we arrived and Karen was right there to provide them. We had a great chat and she was so sweet. We didn't get to spend time in her backyard oasis as we had a busy schedule each day, but it was so beautiful and peaceful. Thanks to Karen our stay was wonderful and we would definitely go back!

Came to Holland for a wedding and booked this cozy perfect apartment. It was supplied with all that was needed and more for a week’s stay for the two of us elderly’s.
