Selten waren wir in einem so gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden! Sehr dankbar waren wir für die Insektengitter vor allen Fenstern. Von der Sitzecke im ersten Stock hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Für die Kinder war die Lage in der Spielstraße ideal, so dass sie dort auch ein bisschen „Auslauf“ und Platz zum Spielen hatten. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch angelegt. Für unsere Kinder und Jugendlichen war die ruhige Lage manchmal bedingt annehmbar. Sie hätten sich ein wenig mehr Aktion gewünscht. Dafür war der Strand gut in etwa 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles in Allem würde ich wieder buchen und kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. ##### Eva D. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Zur Ostsee ist es ein Stück zu laufen. Da wir schlechtes Wetter hatten, haben wir den Kamin genossen, solange es noch Holz dafür gab. Auch die Sauna war ein Highlight. Sie bietet Platz für 3 - 4 Personen, von denen hinterher leider nur 2 einen Liegestuhl vorfinden. Ein ausreichender Vorrat Toilettenpapier wäre nett gewesen. Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich und schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Am Haus sehr netter Empfang durch den Verwalter. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt mit schöner Einrichtung, so dass wir uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt haben. Ein Highlight war die Sauna mit Ruheliegen und Dusche im Keller. Trotz des wundervollen Wetters (bestellt durch die Vermieter) haben wir diese sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lies keine Wünsche offen. Wie hatten alles, was wir benötigen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gab genügend Holz für den Kamin (ein kleines Beil wäre schön gewesen, um Anzündeholzzu hacken...) . Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir bei schönen Wetter immer draußen sind.. Der eine Stern für den check- in resultiert vermutllich auf einem Missverständnis, letztes Mal hat es gut geklappt. Bei relativ schönem Herbstwetter haben wir Kiel (brauchen wir nicht wieder.....), Laboe (U-Boot), Grömitz, Scharbeutz, Travemünde und natürlich Hohwacht besucht. In Hohwacht waren wir 2 x im Sea Side Restaurant...lecker Essen und toller Service! Sehr zu empfehlen... Auch im Alten Packhus in Sehlendorf waren wir wieder 2 Abende zu Gast und erneut waren wir sehr, sehr zufrieden. Auch hier danke an das tolle und aufmerksame Team. Das beste Fischbrötchen im Urlaub gab es nicht etwa bei dem Laden mit den 5 Buchstaben G...., der in Scharbeutz und Travemünde vertreten ist, sondern in Hohwacht am Strand......Namen hab ich leider vergessen, aber der Laden ist seinerzeit vom NDR ausgezeichnet worden. Als Abschluß sei noch das Garten-Minigolf in Hohwacht erwähnt...die Anlage sieht unscheinbar aus, wir hatten aber unglaublich viel Spaßund es ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. ##### Sandra H. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht (sogar einen Kuchen backen konnten wir ganz bequem vor Ort) . Meine Familie und ich haben den Aufenthalt in Hohwacht und vor allem dem tollen Haus Marieholm sehr genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben und sogar noch viel besser. Mit Fotos kann die tolle und gemütliche Athmosphäre gar nicht eingefangen werden. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Absprachen mit Tatjana und den Hausbesitzern hat wunderbar geklappt. Man findet ein grosszügiges, voll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vor. Grosser Esstisch, genügend Stühle, Besteck, Töpfe in verschiedenen Grössen, genug Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer. Ausstattung und Einrichtung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ein und ein traumhafter Wellnessbereich im Keller. Die wunderschöne Lage lädt zu ausgeprägten Spaziergängen in wunderschöner Landschaft ein. Die Hausfee ist wirklich ein Goldstück. Sie ist sehr herzlich, gewissenhaf und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist in einem fantastischen und sehr gepflegten Zustand und die Abwicklung war war wirklich spitze. Wir freuen uns schon riesig auf unser nächsten Besuch und können es kaum erwarten. ##### Olaf G. Feb 16, 2018 #### Besser als wir es uns vorgestellt haben!!! Wir haben dort einen Wochenend-Kurztrip (Fr - Mo) unternommen. Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Einrichtung, wo man sich auf Anhieb wohl fühlt. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Sauna, Grill. Alles, was man zum Abschalten für ein gemütliches Wochenende braucht. Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Sowohl für Familien als auch für Pärchen geeignet. Vermieter freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hausfee war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir sind alle sehr zufrieden und werden demnächst wieder einen Trip dahin organisieren. Dec 25, 2017 #### Wirklich schönes Feriendomizil Die erste Kontaktaufnahme zum Eigentümer war völlig unkompliziert. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe ist reibungslos verlaufen. Beim ersten betreten des Domizils hat man sich direkt heimisch gefühlt. Das Haus war vorweihnachtlich geschmückt und an der Treppe zum OG befand sich ein Adventskalender der zum naschen einlud. Alles war völlig stimmig. Der Kamin, gerade zu dieser Zeit ein Highlight. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. ##### Frank G. Lang aber lohnenswert. Perfektes timing kurz nach den Sommerferien haben uns die Erholung gegeben die wir suchten. Unsere Kinder 6, 4, 2 Jahre konnten den Garten erkunden waehrend Mama im Strandkorb Augenpflege betrieben hat und Papa den Kaffee auf der Terrasse geniessen konnte. Wald, auch das Reh und der Hase haben uns willkommen geheissen, Strand und Felder wurden fast taeglich erkundet. Die nahegelegenen Attraktionen wie Hansapark, Filippos Abenteuergarten und das Eiscafe in Luetjenburg haben natuerlich auch unsere Aufmerksamkeit genossen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet mit fast Allem Comfort und die "Perle" des Hauses war bei Problemen und Fragen schnell erreichbar. Sind schon am Planen wann wir wieder kommen... ##### Daniela R.
