Chalet in Hohentauern near Ski Lift

This beautiful wooden chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in a family-friendly chalet village on a sunny slope, surrounded by beautiful mountains in the middle of the Hohentauern area at an altitude of 1250 meters.

The chalet is fully equipped, has an open living area with a sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large wooden terrace, a sauna and offers plenty of space for a pleasant stay. You can park directly at the chalet.

The ski lift to the well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 kilometers of slopes is only a maximum of 200m away and various hiking trails are right on the doorstep. In every season, the chalet and the immediate surroundings offer you and your family the opportunity to enjoy an active and relaxing holiday.

Summer is best known for the many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 days of sunshine per year and the snow-sure ski area make this area a perfect holiday region at any time of the year.

The reception in the Almdorf can only be reached by telephone on Wednesdays.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mankos

An sich ist es ein schönes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Mankos. Unser Wandschrank war zur Hälfte zugestellt mit leeren Kartons, einer TV Halterung und einer getragenen Boxershort. Der Griff unserer Zimmertür und des Wandschranks ist erstmal abgefallen. Die offen Schränke im Wohnraum sind eher zugemüllt und nicht sehr einladend. Lässt man die Punkte außen vor ist es eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Wat een heerlijk huisje op een heerlijke plek. Dat we aankwamen sneeuwde het en dat heert nog 2 dagen aangehouden. Qua wintersportgebied is het wel heel klein maar wel uitdagende pistes. Doordar het zo klein is is het dus ook super rustig, nergens hoef ie wachten voor de liften en er ligt ook nog een groter gebied in de buurt. Lessen zijn ook goed. De mensen hier in de omgeving zijn super vriendelijk en ik denk dat het in de zomer hier ook hartstikke leuk is. Het is echt een vakantiebestemming om met de familie heen te gaan

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz. Es ist angenehm warm durch den Gaskamin und die Verwalter super erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist es nicht ganz so sauber wie man es für den stolzen Preis erwartet. Einige Möbel und der Holzboden auf der Terrasse sind eher eine Unfallgefahr. Insgesamt müsste einiges mal renoviert werden. Saunafenster schließt nicht richtig und die „Erlebnisdusche“ war wahrscheinlich vor 20 Jahren mal klasse und funktionstüchtig. Es ist extrem hellhörig und es knarrt an allen Ecken und Enden. Wir würden nicht mehr in diesem Haus Urlaub machen.

Haben diese Hütte zum 2.mal gebucht und war wieder ganz toll. Wir sind eine Großfamilie (11 Personen) 6 Erw. u. 5 Kinder und dafür ist das Platzangebot sicher ausreichend. Speziell der Wintergarten als Spielraum ist ein Hit! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, ausser ein Wischtuch, falls mal das Bad schwimmt(Kinder-Wirlschaumbad) Also immer wieder gerne! 👍😘

Das Almdorf selber ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Chalet leider nicht. Der Eigentümer scheint sich überhaupt nicht darum zu kümmern und das selbst bei sicherheitsrelevanten Dingen. Lose Brüstung, lose Fliesen, zerbrochene Platten auf der Terrasse, kaputtes Fenster in der Sauna, rausstehende Schraubenspitzen und die Bäder sind definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr schade hätte so viel Potenzial.

Eine tolle Hütte! Ideal für unsere Großfamilie, besonders der große Wintergarten mit einen Traumausblick war als Spielzimmer eine Wucht. Zimmer- Einteilung, Sauna und Riesenterasse machten den Hüttenurlaub sehr entspannend. Einzig beim Geschirr, bzw. Gläser müsste einmal aufgeforstet werden. empfehlendswert, wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder (6,5,3,1J.u.5mon.)

Die Hütte ist sehr hell, einladend und gepflegt. Ein Mängel wurde sofort behoben und wir bekamen auch einen Kugelgrill zur Verfügung gestellt. Die MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Leider waren kaum Gartenmöbel vorhanden - wir konnten das schöne Wetter nur eingeschränkt auf der Terrasse genießen. Auch was das Geschirr betrifft, müsste aufgestockt werden.

Das Haus war okay. Leider war der Backofen extrem verdreckt, es gab nicht genug Trinkgläser ( außer Weingläser), im „neuen“ Schlafzimmer gar keine Schränke, die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht schließen,es gab keinerlei Haus-und Bedienungsanleitungen und die außen Beleuchtung funktionierte nicht. Die Mängel wurden nicht behoben (obwohl zugesagt) und die Außentreppe damit Allabendlich zur Gefahr. Keiner fühlte sich für Kritik verantwortlich. Leider würden gerade mehrere neue Häuser gebaut, so daß uns der Baulärm von Montag bis Freitag stets um 7:00Uhr zu einem frühen Start in den Tag verhalf. Die Häuser standen sehr dicht, ansonsten tolle Landschaft.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, wir waren zu 5. Der Ausblick unvergesslich mit den Bergen. Die Unterkunft kann man sehr gut finden. In dem Haus war alles was man sich wünschte , eine Dampfdusche unten oben eine Wanne mit Whirlpool. Unten eine tolle Küche , Essecke, Wintergarten, Sitzecke mit Fernsehr und einen Kamin.

Het verblijf ter plaatse werd als onaangenaam ervaren daar er momenteel de aanleg plaats vindt van nog eens 25 chalets, daar wordt na telefonische klacht bij topic nl op gereageerd dat dit euvel vermeld wordt in de beschrijving van de chalet, echter bij nazien op de site blijkt dit maar bij twee van de 40 chalets present,en natuurlijk niet bij de onze. iedere dag aan en af rijden van bulldozers en kranen, noodgedwongen dan maar iedere op zoek naar een bestemming wat zeker wel de moeite loont,,zokort bij heb je de bibliotheek van admont,adembenemend mooi ! alsook de watervallen en natuurpark van vogelsang, iets verderop ook verplicht mee te nemen is het prachtige stadje hallstadt met groot meer en prachtige bergtoppen (2042m) waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op de vijf vingers aldaar.

Mooi ruim chalet op schitterende locatie. Het chalet ligt in een kleinschalig park op ca. 1300 meter hoogte. Je kunt direct vanuit het park al richting de Keltenberg wandelen, waar een aantal leuke wandelingen zijn uitgestippeld. Het chalet is ruim genoeg voor 5 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben direct de eerste dag de Steiermark Card gekocht, waarmee we in de omgeving na een eenmalige investering vrijwel overal vrij in konden. Bij huur van het chalet krijg je ook de Mural Card / Hohentauern Karte, waarmee je korting krijgt bij een aantal ondernemingen in de omgeving. Bij aankomst wordt je gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren van Hotel Passhöhe, hier kun je ook dagelijks verse broodjes krijgen en als er wat is helpen ze je graag. We hebben hier ook twee keer uitstekend gegeten. Het enige aandachtspunt dat we naar voren willen brengen, is de beperkte hoeveelheid glazen en het ontbreken van een theepot. Er zijn voldoende pannen (als je voor 5 personen kookt), ook is er een prima oven en een (niet-gebruikte) magnetron. Daarnaast vonden we in de keukenkastjes nog etenswaren van vorige bewoners, sommige zaken waren al een poosje over datum. Dit hadden ze even bij de schoonmaak mee mogen nemen verder was alles schoon. Maar al met al een zeer positieve ervaring, het huis is een prettige uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes door het mooie Steiermark.

Voor de tweede keer naar dit huisje en was wederom prachtig. Wel begint het qua pannen/glaswerk iets te karig te worden als je hier met 6 mensen zou verblijven. Wel erg jammer dat er meer huisjes gebouwd gaan worden (vreemd dat dit trouwens nergens vermeld wordt aangezien dat echt wel overlast gaat opleveren) en dus dit huisje niet meer de mooie ligging langs de rand van de alpenweide zal hebben die het nu wel heeft. Eeuwig zonde!

Zeer verrast door de grootte en stevigheid van het huis, geen gekraak bij iedere stap, het was zeer schoon en alles werkte perfect. Wifi, Sauna, keuken,smart tv, douche en bad alles deed het perfect. omgeving was super en heerlijk rustig maar dat kwam omdat we buiten het seizoen kwamen en er veel dicht was. heel mooi uitzicht en heel veel mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. de kinderen vonden het ook te gek. vriendelijk ontvangst en alles volgens afspraak. was een superweek.
