(1,001 reviews) Loved this hotel so much. It was in a perfect location just outside of city center, close to restaurants and a grocery store. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bathroom was large and really enjoyed the shower. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Parking was great - the parking garage was spacious and easy to navigate. (1,001 reviews) Food: 5/5 Room: 5/5 Check-In: 5/5 Spa: 2/5 - The website did not advertise that the Spa 18+ area was "no clothing only" area. My wife could not enjoy the ameneties because it is against her comfort level. Pool: 1/5 - The pool was the biggest disappointment. It was barely above freezing. My family couldn't stay in it for longer than 3 minutes. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. Multiple guests complained about the pool temperature. Overall stay: We won't be returning to the hotel. We came for the Spa area and pool that were advertised. Without those, the hotel was a waste of time and money.
