Bright double-glazed windows, a vine-covered courtyard and other mod cons enhance the urban setting.

The Space:  
A large one bedroom apartment with a cosy, separate living room and options for casual dining or a more formal experience in the separate dining nook.   
  
Featuring rustic limed exposed timber flooring and cosy rugs throughout, feel free to cater at home in the modern kitchen or head over to Elizabeth St where you will find so many wonderful restaurants and cafes.  
  
Enjoy the outdoor courtyard which is home to a very impressive grape vine which creates a magnificent canopy when the grapes are in season. Please note the courtyard is a common area and you may share this space with guests from the other 2 apartments.   
  
You will have access to unlimited WiFi and Smart TV features for the duration of your stay. Please note parking is on-street only but easily available within a radius of 200 metres.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
North Hobart is a bustling area only a few km from the CBD. Filled with restaurants, the iconic State Cinema, sporting facilities such as the North Hobart Football Oval and playgrounds and skate parks for the kids. Walk into town or down to the wharf and take the ferry to MONA - alternatively an Uber will cost you around $8.  
  
Getting Around:  
Walk, ride, drive, bus, taxi/Uber - the choice is yours and they are all convenient and easy.

#### Great spot for Hobart over the New Year period

The accommodation location was excellent, the property manager was absolutely fantastic and the accommodation was dog friendly which is brillant. The accommodation is old and a few broken items here and there, but it was fine for us as we spent most of our stay exploring Hobart, there were a few issues with cleanliness of the cutlery and dishes as it is the responsibility of the previous occupant to wash up. There was no laundry powder or detergent just empty bottles left behind. No balcony and no fireplace but does have shared outdoor patio area and great electric heating.

I was unable to access the unit manual on-line. A hard copy would be handy. The damaged gate you mentioned on our intro had been fixed. The unit was very comfortable.
