Summary:  
Ideally located on the edge of West Hobart, this two-bedroom apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the CBD and the Rivulet track, which leads to South Hobart and the Cascade Brewery. The apartment includes a queen bedroom, a room with two singles, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Situated on the lower level of a federation-style house, it’s also a short stroll to the popular Pigeon Hole café for breakfast or coffee on the go.

This charming two-bedroom apartment is nestled in a beautifully converted federation-style home, offering the perfect blend of character and modern comfort. Just a short stroll from the CBD and the scenic Rivulet track, it’s an ideal base for exploring all that Hobart has to offer.  
  
Inside, you'll find a spacious, well-appointed living space. One bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the second offers two comfortable single beds, perfect for families or small groups. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, allowing you to enjoy home-cooked meals, while the stylish bathroom adds a touch of convenience at the rear of the apartment.
