The Space: A stay in Gibson’s Mill offers a piece of Tasmania’s industrial history, with the boutique apartment building retaining original features of its iconic flour mill operations that spanned over 100 years. Beginning its family owned flour mill life in the mid-1860’s, Gibson’s Mill has been architecturally designed for modern living with stunning warehouse style abodes.
