Yard & decks were untidy; pantry, fridge & freezer had half eaten food & condiments. Apart from lounge area, furniture & fittings were tired, old & dated. Bathroom & kitchen very dated & untidy, cupboards full of junk & old chux left in sinks & window furnishings old & faded. Owner was very obliging & provided refund. ##### Tonia D. First impressions of this property were not great, but once we got inside it was lovely! Comfy beds and nice cozy clean place. Outside however was a different story. Grass was not mowed, garden overgrown, an old car parked there making us think someone was at the house, the yard is a mess, verandah half overgrown by the fig tree. This all made us think we’d pulled up at the wrong place at first. But we still enjoyed our stay it’s in a lovely spot. ##### Tamara F. We enjoyed our stay it’s a lovely location with stunning rural view. Beds were comfy & the hot water hot. The geese in the vines kept us amused.
