It is a corner unit on the 26th floor so has a great views. Lots of windows and light. Outdoor space available. Hot water and air conditioning are both excellent. Also, this owner provided 2 security keys so we had the option of going places separately and not worrying about getting back in. We’ve stayed in this building 4 other times and no one else provided two keys. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable. Pretty much like sleeping directly on a box spring without a mattress. Also, as in the other properties in this building, each person gets one scratchy thin bath towel. No hand towels or face cloths. This would be an easy fix to upgrade. The pool at this property is huge and beautiful but using it is not easy. You can’t just walk down and use it. You have to be signed in each day of use by the property owner. Also, the pool is closed on Mondays. This unit was by far the nicest we’ve had in this building. This building is in a good location. Easy walk to district 1 or cheap GRAB ride if you don’t like walking. Good convenience store options on the street level of the building. Bilderna har tjusiga rum med designmöbler. Det rum jag och min kompis hyrde (vi hade varsitt) hade halvslitna möbler från motsvarande hur ikeas möbler såg ut förr. Det fanns en kokplatta och det var rent. Man kunde be om städning varje dag om man så önskade. Det är som ett lägenhetshotell, inte ett hotell. Så det finns ingen mat att köpa på plats. Jag tycker det var ganska dyrt med tanke på vad jag fick för pengarna, men det var tillräckligt bra för att jag skulle stanna en natt till så vi hann med en tur av staden innan vi åkte vidare. Bostaden ligger i District 4, och de flesta restauranger ligger i District 1, dvs över bron. Ta med öronproppar då ljudet från trafiken är öronbedövande och konstant. Det är dock tyst inne i lägenheten. Skulle jag bo i Saigon igen så skulle jag boka i District 1, då det är enklare med allt, särskilt att äta frukost. Att köra scooter där uteslöt vi sekunden vi såg trafiken - jag överlever helst min semesterresa. :) Tvättmaskin finns i lägenheten, vilket är toppen. När jag behövde hjälp med något så skrev jag bara till dem på WhatsApp och fick nästan alltid svar direkt. Stor vattendunk finns i köket. 7-11 med öppet dygnet runt finns nära. Det finns ett apotek nära också. Men bara ett fåtal kafeer och restauranger för västerlänningar nära. Så man behöver gå över bron. Washing machine in the room and amazing view over the city. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2020 ### 10/10 Excellent #### YOUNGWOO Feb 24, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Best apartment of Ho chi min 여행매니아로 수도 없이 여행 다였지만 호텔 후기는 처음 남깁니다. 비수기에 코로나 여파가 있어서 그런지 몰라도 호치민의 보통 숙소보다도 훨씬 저렴했지만 숙소 상태는 정말 최고였습니다. 아파트의 명칭은 리버게이트 레지던스 입니다. 그 고급대형아파트에 한 주인이 여래채를 보유하고 여행객들에게 임대를 하응 듯 합니다. 24시간 경비원이 상주하고 카드키가 있어야만 정문 출입이 가능하기에 안전은 최고 입니다. 방의 도시뷰도 끝내주며 인덕션,세탁기,정수기,다리미 등 모든 것이 갖추어져 있는 풀옵션 아파트 입니다. 또한 수영장은 매우 크고 한산하며 최고 입니다. 1층에 세븐일레븐과 빈마트가 있어 편하고 주변에 시장도 있고 식당도 많습니다. 그리고 유명한 번화가들도 택시타고 금방입니다. 여튼 가성비를 떠나서라도 최고의 숙소였습니다. ##### YOUNGWOO Stayed 4 nights in Feb 2020 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Gerda Feb 19, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Komfortables Apartment in Citynähe Das App. liegt in einem Doppel-Hochhaus mit merh als 25 Etagen. Pool (unbeheizt) ist in der 7\. / bis 21.00 nutzbar, es gibt nur 4 Liegen + ca 6 Stühle. Rezeption ist nachts nicht besetzt. Wohnung wird von einer Mrs. Yang von einer Vermieteragentur verwaltet. Sehr nett, professionell, zuverlässig, pünktlich. Wohnung ist topp eingerichtet, sehr gute AC, gutes WLAN. Balkon ist klein und nicht möbliert. Unten ist ein 7/11-Laden und ein VietMart sowie ein Taxistand. Mrs. Yang hilft bei GRAB-Taxi (Preis wird per Handy vorher festgelegt, dadurch keine Fantasie-Rundfahretn durch die Stadt, die es sonst oft gibt!!). TIPP: Taxi in die Stadt, dort mit dem River-Bus (städtisch, immer 15.000 Dong = 70 Cents) die Stadt abgrasen. Zum airport ca 30 Min. / 120.000 VND / unter 5 Euro.
