Entering area before the hotel gate was busy with traffic from shops and restaurants near by. Cleaning staff were ready to clean daily as requested. The AC had some dampness smell. The facility is clean and the surrounding areas is safe to walk at night. Our first stay in a Sevice Apartment. This place is in like new condition. Very clean and comfortable for two persons. Great location with many food vendors and restaurant around. Short walk to the main post office and Ho Chi Menh City museum. Rate is reasonable with good security.
