The concierge was funny, to her credit, we had a laugh gave us wrong room twice, but whatever, the AC was good- but you cant have it cool for when you get back as you have to plug the ley fob into the wall to make it work- only 1 key... Saigon is hot and muggy. Right across the road from the Street Food Market and Ben Thanh market is less than a minute walk. We had a balcony room. The room and balcony were great except for the fact it looked straight into other rooms from a different place and over rooftops. We had room 321 so if you want a better balcony, ask for a street view one 😉 Breakfast is very average. The staff are awesome and very helpful. Be warned, they will keep your passport for your stay unless you leave 500,000 for each passport.
