Then they made story said maybe leave it in the car. Lucky we made a call and the phone ring, my brother recognized the ring tone. They said they don't know anything and act innocent, to prevent any trouble, we just paid a little tips and take the phone back...The room condition worst, with cockroach. When checkout, they claim we consumed the drink in fridge, but my mum and I didn't take any drink. Got up to the room and there was a bad cigarette smell in our room, the room was clean enough but didnt have the clean fresh feeling most hotels do. There is no hot water at night. If you want to have a room for your vacation, then don't book this hotel because they canceled my room anytime without notifying me. The hotel manager did not bother to explain or call back when I called them. Which is the top. The walkway was chocker with stuff. Feel a bit unsave if there was a fire. Hot water is something very important to me, especially as the nights can get quite chilly. The bellboy is the ONLY room service staff out of office hours! The room is far from what is shown online. The wall is moldy. The aircon leaks. Shown online that it's a family room for 6 people but there's only 1 queen size bed n 2 super singles. More suitable for 4 adults. Mattress needs a change - could feel the spring in it. Toilet has a permanent sewer smell. Breakfast is simple and acceptable to me. The odour began to permeate the entire room.That room should not be considered acceptable for guests. Although the front desk staff did readily change our room, our lasting impression was of a shabby hotel best avoided.
